Rosa was very helpful and insightful on the products they have to offer. She provided excellent customer service and was very kind!

I called pretty close to the stores closing but Andrea helped me get what I needed in less than 15 minutes all with fantastic service.

Do not recommend going here at all. I came here to receive money which I had to make an account for, I filled out form on paper and gave it to the lady named lizeth. She first asked for id which I handed over and then she continuously goes to the back to speak to somebody else, then she finally comes back saying I need physical security card mind you I already put down my social on form I had to fill out with them! This is after the fact when she could have said that from the beginning. I asked for the form back since they had no use of it and it had my social security which I wasn’t comfortable with them having, and she said they couldn’t give it back. I wrote this to help the next person from going here!

All I'm going to say is that Andrea is the best costumer service representative I'll ever meet.thanks Andrea God bless you

Went to Speedy Cash in Downey Ca to get some financial help. The help I received from Andrea was beyond spectacular. I highly recommend going here if you are ever in a financial jam and just need a little help getting out of it. Also if you are able to have Andrea help you do it. YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Not very helpful! Especially trying to cash a check on a Sunday. It was a life/death emergency. Didn’t even try help or figure anything out. So sad.

They were so helpful jasmine helped my mom when she didn’t have the right information they still were genuine enough to give her a loan I recommend coming here!

The lady helping didn’t seem to care about anything. She just reloaned the money and had a an attitude.

What an amazing place! I was double charged a few weeks ago by another location. I came to the Downey branch and Jasmin caught it and refunded me immediately. Amazing customer service!
