I called this location and spoke with Lucy. She was very polite and attentive to my needs. She was able to answer all my questions with ease. When I went in the person definitely matched the voice. Kind and caring service for sure. I highly recommend this location if you ever need a loan or to cash your checks.

Bania has great customer service. I like to come with her first then anyone else. She is very explanatory and when I lost my card she helped to step by step to call where I needed to call to make a report of me loosing my card and someone using it. I really appreciate her concern and all her help

Yes it is a business but your employees need to learn basic math. Sure they go through some training on general questions but I’ve been to this location several times and all of them

1. Can’t ever tell me how long it would be untill I am done paying off the loan at set amount price.

2. Normally can’t tell me if I pay set amount today what’s the full amount I would need to pay interest included.

3. Help with online account set up is never ever suggested at this location. I got a call from someone from the company but not working at that location and they told me they would help me with my online account set up so I can easily check my balance. Never not once even mentioned at the Canoga location I normally go to

The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. I'm usually unhappy when I go there because I don't like constantly staying in debt, but they always help me out and put a smile on my face

I wish they put your payments on your credit. If they did I would have good credit. I been going here every month for two years or so. People are nice and it clean there.
