Here at Speedy Cash, the staff is always polite, and have help me when needing a payday loan. A great place if you ever need a payday loan!

I went to cash my check on Friday. And there was a long line. And even with the line long one of the tellers was taking her time looking at a ladies baby pictures, when I got to her I told her that it was rude for her to look at people's pictures on there cell phones when people are waiting, she exclaimed to me that it was not rude, than told me she was making a note on her computer about me saying that if I don't memorize my number they won't cash my check. She took forever writing whatever she was writing, like if she was writing something really negative about me. Her attitude triggered my post tramatic stress disorder. I could not even remember my number she was so mean and stern. Her customer service skills were horrible.

For $500 money order you don't need to open an account! This place makes you open an account! Thats not right! People working in this place thing they own the shop.not recommended! Go to another office

The customer service at this speedy cash is always great, Dulce and Maria are very welcoming. I recently moved and there’s another speedy cash closer to me but I rather come to them, they’re extremely helpful.

I walked in today to get a loan and I came out today with a loan. Easy as that. The process was thorough, transparent, and speedy. What made it more awesome though was the customer service. Some of the women here are actually very polite I will start off with that but as sad as it is the managers are actually the ones with horrible attitudes if you want them to explain something they get bothered even though that's their job I hope they improve their attitudes

If your not going to pay them back right away don't loan with them because you'll be paying triple of what you actually loaned. They are rip offs in my opinion.
