Call ahead to make sure I knew what I needed and what the process was before I came and that everything was OK. When I get here I find out they ran a hard credit check that was not told me over the phone. I just start the application process because i needed the money real quick and I have good credit. I fill out the paper application. I was not told that if you make a mistake and scratch something out that you would have to do the whole application over until I gave her the application and then she told me. She says “Oh, they’re real picky if you scratch something out especially with your Social Security number”, I’m like really! She never said anything! She let me fill out the whole application, and then tell me I have to do it over. So after being in there for an hour and them doing a credit check I find out their system is messed up and I won’t get an answer today, and I can’t even get a simple payday advance. Not a big loan not thousands of dollars a simple payday advance smh.

Blanca was very helpful! She was able to help me get approved for a loan and the process was very brief and simple. They really helped me out in a time of need!

The manager was very rude and acted entitled to treat me with disregard and lack respect. I would not recommend services from this establishment. I will be making a formal report and plan to have the district manager audited.

I have visited this store for 3 years and the service always the same friendly staff and fast service.

I like this place is because the lady name Estephaine is very kind, professional, helpful, fast and responsive.

I haven't had any problems when it come's to Speedy Cash on El Cajon Blvd, in San Diego CA. The girls are really friendly. No complaints! And Estephanie was really nice and she explain everything to me clearly and precise.

I like this company, it was my first time there a few nights ago but the ladies that were there were very professional very kind and helpful.

Where to start…First, the employee answers the phone “Hello? ”, so I wasn’t even sure if I called the right place. Lastly she gives me all the wrong information. I will not be re-loan there ever again!

Excellent customer service. The Associate was a new and young lady who really did a good job explaining everything to me. She was very confident in her skills. Her Attire was very neat and professional looking too. I only knew that she was new because I’ve used Speedy Cash quite a bit so I recognize most of the faces that work there. I ask her if she was new but I forgot her name. Never had a negative experience with Speedy Cash. They will help you out when you need a loan. Just make sure you do the right thing by paying them back on time that’s all.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Great conversation professional all the way through the whole process and very good-looking employees. I give them a A+ having a ethnic manager not that it matters but it's good to see. Audena Hunter was a great help in particular. Her service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be referring people here and I'm very happy I came.
