In 2022, I had gotten so bad that I had numbness from my feet to mid calf. I could only walk about 100' before I had to stop, or fall on my face, and stretch my back. So the beginning of March I had l3 4 and5 fused. Now a year later I'm back to normal, with no pain or restrictions. I'm not saying that surgery is right in every case or every situation. But if it's necessary I would highrecommend Dr Aliabadi
