Spine & Sport Physical Therapy - Thousand Oaks reviews
5The only good thing about this facility is the receptionist. The aides were doing the wrong exercises sometimes with me which the physical therapist caught while walking by. Then the physical therapist told me i am going to need a hip replacement soon. I have nothing weong with my hip and she is by law not allowed to diagnose. One time i was doing excercizes with the aid. I had to use 2 hands and he gave me the timer and said he had another patient. I could not do the excercize and run the timer. I waited 20 minutes on the table for the therapist and i told her that. She said if i want one on one care i should go to beverly hills. I left they made the pain worse and i wouldnt go back to this facility. It took me a day to get a superbill with my copay and they wanted to know why i needed it and almost didnt send it. Ummm HIPPA
Nick managed my post operative care for a torn Achilles. He was very personable and motivated me to achieve my goals to healing and getting back to the activities I love.
Very unprofessional operation and ownership. Waited until two hours before appointment to notify that there was a problem with insurance coverage. "Eric" (purportedly and owner) told me they are unwilling to make the effort to document the need for additional treatment as prescribed by my physicialn and that I should go elsewhere.
This Place rocks! Everyone here is so helpful. I have been recovering from total knee replacement, and thanks to Cody, I feel I am ahead of my goal. Thanks again. Steve S. Thousand Oaks.
Great friendly staff, Eric has been working on my Rotater and feeling better every time.
