After reading the reviews I seem to have the same issues that everyone else had with their customer service. I hope the business owner reads this review. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a few days and I even left a message. Still waiting for a call back. I had to message my doctor to get a new referral for a different PT.
Horrible Customer Service. I can’t get them to help me schedule an appointment. I had to canceled my referral with them and went with a different location.
