Spine Surgery: Adventist Health Sonora

I was in a hurry because I had another appointment in an hour. Everyone expedited everything that needed to be done. I resist appreciated their efficiency.

Dr Storm was professional, friendly and very thorough. She answered all my questions and put me at ease from the very beginning. I feel that I'm in good hands.

I’m not a stranger to back surgery or medicine. At Adventist spine I got what I know is quality care. They don’t promote flashy useless procedures. They have quality doctors and staff to meet your needs for x rays and other diagnostics as well as advanced treatments.

Initial visit positive but had to wait almost a month to find out MRI denied
Apparently diagnosis on order stated Low back pain instead of sciatica pain Rt.buttock.next appointment finally, provided the shot necessary to take care of problem. The shot given to me in examining room listed on bill as minor surgery room, BOGUS! Since when is a shot considered minor surgery. I guess that’s one way to make a buck. The professionals who treated me were great but the system needs work. Too many people in chain of command don’t seem to pass on the correct message to the next.
Also too many texts to remind of appointments. Got a text to confirm, reschedule or cancel. I chose to cancel. Then got a text could not cancel via text? Go figure.

I have so far been grateful to California Spine Institute in Sonora for procedure is so amazingly friendly, kind, and lovely compassionate to me with osteoporosis.

This office is the nicest office ever. The staff is helpful and cheerful. Everyone works great together. Dr Booth is attentive and observant. The Hospital is SUPER clean!

Dr. Grant performed two scoliosis surgeries on me. I have a great deal of respect and confidence in his ability to get good results. He is the best!

Follow-Visit was great. No wait time. All associates kind and helpful. My provider, Edmand Fuentes, PA-C is the best. He always listens well and gives good feedback and advise.

The nursing staff and surgery staff were all awesome. Had fun with the surgery staff correct a few jokes played funnies on them. All in all my experience in surgery was great obviously I didn't know anything was going on. They are all professional and awesome. If I have another surgery I look forward to seeing them all again. (Hopefully that won't happen again).

Staff was friendly. Assistant to doctor and doctor explained the X-rays and answered my concerns.

It's always a pleasure seeing Dr Joseph Grant. A very caring and sincerely nice man along with a wonderful staff.

I saw Edmond Fuentes, who I usually see. He is the PA for Dr Greenwell and Dr. Grant. He’s wonderful. He listens, he gives me detailed descriptions. I give him an A+.

I'm never nervous when I show up because I know from past surgeries that they will take good care of me. The staff there are fantastic always bubbly and put me in a relaxed state of confidence.

Dr. Booth is great, he is a straight shooter and is honest with you good or bad. I really appreciated his honesty. He is a very caring individual.
