So far I LOVE my experience; will return when I completem caardiac rejhabilitation. I consider Spine Zone more relavent to my needs, but since I've had a cardiac incident I think I should at least complete a month of their program. They are exercise physiologists and my back iswsues appear to make them tentative to challange me.

The therapists at SZ really know what they are doing. I was very skeptical on my first visit, but after the evaluation I felt more confident. Then in subsequent visits I began to notice that they really knew what they were doing and my pain and skepticism both began to disappear.after 10 visits my pain diminished completely. Now I go there for maintenance and enjoy working out. I highly recommend my friends and family to SZ.

My Spine Zone therapy definitely strengthened my back. Now that I've had surgery, I hope to return in future.

Niels is a jewel for SpineZone and the best. I'm a detail guy, and he paid close attention to the details and intricacies of back pain. I came in with some of the worst back pain of my life, I was okay with drugs or surgery.anything to make it stop. Niels developed a plan, answered a plethora of my questions, and helped me execute the plan. Not only was I pain free after 3 months, 9 months and I am still feeling great. More importantly Niels gave me the toolset and understanding of my specific issues and how to correct them and avoid them. Very glad I came here, and unfortunately or perhaps fortunately won't be going back.

Not "conventional" Physical Therapy in my experience for sure - but much better! Effectively weight-lifting with specialized medical machines; I had constant personalized supervision and multiple progress evaluations by a separate (senior) person. The most important thing for me in the long-run has turned out to be "Exercises and tips/tricks" they taught me to do at home to strengthen certain muscles and protect my spine and neck. I highly recommend them!

SpineZone helped me with my bulging disc and sciatic nerve pain. I had suffered for months, but felt better after just a few visits here. The treatment plan was quite simple, but effective. They seem to actually care and gave me lots of advice and tips about how to manage the pain while caring for my young kids. I only wish I had found them sooner, rather than wasting so much time and money at the chiropractor!

I am enjoying my sessions at Spinezone. Targeted treatments that are strengthening my upper and lower back. I have shared their info to others who could greatly benefit from their services instead of going the surgical route.
