If I could give a no star review I would. I have spent the last 24 hours sleeping in LAX Airport because they refused, canceled or denied me service for their own business policies redundancies. The intentional business verbiage to deny deny deny and then shift blame to the customer. I received the same disgusting errored energy from ticket counter and 855 customer support line. This company doesn't care for its veterans and the triggers they are causing with this environment of toxic behavior.

Kinda clean-ish. Engine problem caused emergency landing in Nebraska. Had to wait over 5 hours for replacement plane. Ride home was better, though.

Horrible. The deleted my flight for hours before it was fully canceled. The next available flight was 2 days away from today

My favorite airline. Great takeoffs and landing, not mention pilots are seasoned and fly smooth.

A simple cup of water is $4 and I had to pay $99 extra at the gate for a neck pillow. (It was considered an extra carryon)

My experience was terrible! I remember nothing about the flight, I waited close to 3 hours before someone took me to the gate! And he took a picture of my boarding pass to send to the pilot to hold the plane I never will fly with them again!

Before my LAX trip on Spirit, the service had been expected. This time the gate agent was one of the rudest agents I have ever encountered. He was so disrespectful to my mom who has some physical challenging and who is aging. I did not get combated with him, because I didn't want to get kicked off the flight. Shame on that agent.

I was coming from Vegas after I was discharged from the hospital because I had an accident in Vegas.i went to Los Angeles. I got off in Los for two hours. After I boarded the plane, the Spanish flight attendant, Sonya beaver came to talk to me impolitely and in a loud voice. I wanted to go to the bathroom, so I asked her to let me on the way. I did not answer her and the second flight attendant said to her Sonya calm down, I said to the flight attendant, “Thank you. ” Sonya Beaver said to me angrily, she was talking to me about something else. I did not answer her. In then she told me go to your place and sit down don't talk, treat me like a child without respect and then the supervisor came to me she said you have to leave the plane because she wanted they take me out of the plane they said we have another flight for you tomorrow morning I bought another ticket with delta for $240 one way and my ticket is gone because of Sonya Beaver disrespect behave I never ever go with unprofessional spirits again btw that was my conf #YI8YMM

Check in was rough.lots of confusion and not enough staff. Flight was comfortable, accommodating, clean and family friendly. Will fly with them again!

Female flight attendants from Orlando, on my flight from Missouri to LAX were about as rude as I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t wait to be off that plane. Likely they’ll never get another dime from me.

Spirit airline completely ignores their customers they have you call their baggage claim number they put you on hold for over 15 minutes only to tell you to leave a message.ridiculous no idea where my luggage is, they lost it and don't care. Any discount they provide is completely not worth it avoid!

I flight with spirit to my final destination
After 2h delay by spirit i missed my connection.they told ne to sleep on the floor of the airport! It was not safe this company put me in danger! Mens wanted to approach me in front of the desk tutch me and wanted to give me money.they saw it one of the hostess got scared for me.so they didn't give any hotel or food and the 2nd desk hostess make fun of me because i cryed and say it was my fault i should have enough money for a hotel and I shouldn't react like that I looked stupid. Also after 0h its quite impossible to find an hotel.they couldn't find direct flights and they told me I'll never get refund or only the last flight. I paid 700$ for a 1 way ticket and I got stuck in florida. I want to warn people.also they didn't want to put me in an other company or give hotel and by the law i red its illegal. I put 33h to get to my destination I had to find myself my 2nd flight, after what happened The spirit desk hostess made fun of me, I got some trouble with some mens, I paid 2 hotels for the same night. All the hotel reception were closed I had after midnight to go to several hotel to find one with my luggagees. I did the queue 3h at spirit desk for not getting helped. I lost 300e just in hotels I lost time I got appointment there. What can I say it s the worst and the customer service is a chat boxe I can't get help.so please contact me I ll put off my comment if Ill get refund.

Very time consuming and confusing to register an unaccompanied minor. The check in staff was helpful. The gate attendants were not helpful. I felt I had to stand beside him to make sure he wasn’t forgotten.
