Spirit Halloween, Northridge CA

Sometimes a little kindness goes so far. I went into the store and it was super busy as it’s a few days before Halloween, but the manager helped me with something I feel forever grateful for. She really went out of her way to help me and she was so kind and helpful. I really really appreciated her help. Thank you!

Very nice and willing to help staff, one person in particular who was very nice and helpful was Lilly. I recommend.

I had a circle of workers around me the whole time and they were obnoxious about it and had something to say about everything i did, even while in line they were standing near me

Mostly cheap "made in china" costumes. Almost zero outdoors or indoors decoration.

Great options of costumes and Halloween related items, and helpful and friendly staff. This place is so much fun to visit. Don't wait too long to find yours or your kids' costumes.

Just bought my costume because other places were sold out. Many stuff than others stores. Good customer service and nice employees. Would recommend

I'm sad because they don't have any cool costumes anymore its hard to find your size
And they are not really friendly

Spirit Halloween is here. It makes me happy to see all the new animatronics and decorations.

Amazing customer service! All the employees working were very helpful. The checkout line wasn't long. One thing I did notice from other spirit stores is that they have less items then other spirit stores. I love that you can use coupons at any of there locations.

Rude manager lack of staff no help too find items ask if they match prices on line like the other store she told me upset laugh and said she never heard of in her life and ready too argue
