Spirit Halloween, Manteca CA

Not wonderful, but not bad experience. Bought a inflatable costume from here, but it ended up not working so we returned it for another one. And the same thing happened, so I ended up just fixing it myself. Costume selection was alright, and cashiers were nice.

Worst place to get your costumes. Went back literally the next day with the costume and original packaging bc we picked up the wrong size. They didn’t return it because apparently it’s a store policy? How were we supposed to know abt it when none of the employees told us anything. They don’t even give store credit if I wanted to exchange it for a different one. So much for the “100% customer satisfaction. ”

I was very excited and looking forward to go visit my local spirit halloween, I already knew what was wanted to purchase but I was still excited to browse. The store is very clean and organized, when I was ready to checkout there where two issues, they wouldn't accept cash, I don't understand why, but they also had 20% when I signed up with my email, I did the sign up received the coupon during my visit, and I was told my coupon wasn't valid anymore, I left the store empty handed and disappointed, I hope they take the time to fix these small issues, I wish the manager would of done more to take care of the issues as well.

Update: went back a few days later for the stuff I was originally going to purchase, it seemed they have been restocking and adding more new merchandise, I still had issues redeeming my new coupon, but they were kind enough to enter it manually.

Much more product then most other spirits I've been to, I was impressed. Staff was friendly as well.

Fantastic. No Salt-Bae wig, but they did have Naruto headbands & Anbu Black-ops masks.

Location was off hwy 99. Plenty of parking. Lighting can be an issue when parking at night. Selection was ok.
