Bought a Deadpool mask on 10/28 went to put it on today to prepare for my Halloween party and there was a security tag on it so I went back today 10/30 to ask them to remove it. The staff refused to remove it stating none of their product has security tags on them. When I showed them proof and my receipt with everything matching up they still refused to remove it or give me my money back. Told me to take it to another store and ask them to remove the tag. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Never spending money here ever again. All around bad experience
