Spirit Halloween, Fremont CA

I bought my Halloween witch dress from here. There were lot of varieties in adult costumes with accessories.prices were reasonable and store was giving Halloween discount, that made it more cheaper.

Ridiculous. Tried to use a valid 20% coupon which expires on 10/31/23 for a purchase but the cashier said they have to wait for their manager to return from lunch, which would take 30 minutes because they didn't know what code to input.

I purchased a costume, which was in its package. I didn’t open it in store to check, thought it would be in appropriate to open the costumes which was packed. When I came home, I found that it was missing several accessories listed. So I returned to store within 30 mins and asked them to exchange for same item or return. All they said is that it is not their problem it is missing parts and asked me to search for the item in store. They are not even ready to check the inventory, instead asking me to search entire store. Since I was not able to find, took an alternate item and they wanted me to get some other item with equal or higher value, which they had very few options. Worst part is that they didn’t provide proper customer experience and doesn’t own their responsibility of missing parts in the package. Doesn’t even show any empathy towards the customer. Worst store and the employees.
