When I pay $15 for car wash I expect my car to be washed using ALL brushes that hasn't been done lately I hope they install new brushes soon

This is the best car wash in Hemet! My cars are always sparkling clean after stopping by. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Shout out to Lulu, Bella, Kianna, Joey, Donovan, Abdullah, Shawn, and the rest of the Go Car Wash Team! You guys are awesome

Been using this wash daily for about a year.
Recently a couple of their drying padded brushes have been Inoperable and they simply removed them, then on my last few visits I have noticed the other drying pads are not working properly, one of them does not even touch my vehicle.

I just went through with both of my vehicles one behind the other and both came out soaked and do not look clean.

Apparently the maintenance here is no longer important. I will be discontinuing my multi car membership today!

I just canceled my membership for both of my cars (Tsunami for both cars). $65 a month is a little steep considering the quality of the wash itself has gone down. I basically have to dry the entire car by hand after, and the vacuums have nozzles that either fall off or don't function as well as others. Maintenance is clearly lackluster. Why pay more money for less quality? It doesn't make sense. The only reason I am giving ANY stars right now is because the Frontline team members have always been pleasant in my interactions with them.

The professionalism here is amazing. I got a first service car wash and was extremely pleased with the results. I was disappointed however I was not able to get cash back to tip the workers that works in my vehicle. I want all the workers working in 12/10/22. But be recognized for their exceptional job!

I have been coming here for years and the only reason I have stayed is solely because of Joey’s customer service. I come every day because I have the monthly subscription so I have gotten to know a few of the people. The ones that go beyond expectations are Joey, Charles & chris. Here’s my problem though & why I’m docking a star: you guys got a new owner & raised your prices to match Tommy’s car wash in town. Again, I have been a member for years & don’t plan on switching over to tommy’s, but I’ve given it some thought recently. Half the features in the car wash don’t even work half the time! Call me crazy, but I have noticed a time difference with the dryers and how the wash speeds you up & pushes you along faster when you get towards the end. The right side automated towel dryer that spins hasn’t worked for 2 months. You got rid of the other pair of the automated towel spinning dryers that used to come in front of your car as you were pulling up into it. Yet you raised your prices? ! I’m paying more for less features & I’m getting pretty frustrated honestly. Let alone how you’re supposed to get a license plate reader to make it all go faster but I’ve still yet to see that happen. Again, the ONLY reason I have stayed, is solely because of the customer service provided by the three I have named: Joey, Charles & chris.

Love this place. They are awesome. The membership really pays off in Two visits. They help me out vacuum the car out and dry it off. It smells so good the car wash is amazing. Sometimes when you go to other car wash places they don't do a very good job and I love this place. I will be back.

Various times I did not receive the right car wash. 3 separate times I had to take my car through to have its properly washed. Vacuums don't have enough suction power.

Their floor matt washer has been broken down for months now even tho they advertise it as what makes them different from everyone their vacuums don’t always work but they’re decent

Good service, and machines clean pretty good. Only thing is the spinning machines scratches your car. Maybe if those are rinsed more often.

Great spot for a car wash and free vacuum cleaning. The lot attendants are respectful and knowledgeable. The prices are great too.highly recommend

Half jib done. I paid for the manager special. Not even close to the job I expected. What a waist of 29 dollars. Never again.

So I pull up and see they're busy however hadno idea there was an extensive wait time. Then they got workers jumping everywhere because cars are not in order and wait almost an hour before they could even wipe my car down and all they did was smear mud, because of dirty towels, all over interior of my car.

When I first went here 5 stars, now everytime I want FULL SERVICE, not enough staff, too busy for staff on hand.they raised prices from 19.99 to 21.99 to 24.99 to now 28.99, but can't wash cars, ever since they opened the wash yourself option they don't seem to care about the customers who made them who they became.

Joey me with my services today, not only did my car die but he came in clutch with some jumper cables because my batter decided to die, & he saved me. He is the best! Great help and great custom service! If you guys have any questions, go to Joey he is the guy!

Brushes scratched the driver side door I'm very unhappy.now I got pay to try to get it buffed and also their Armoral machines needs to get fixed.lots get's on my right passengers tires and has for months and when I realized I didn't go over a poodle of water.a person there was not so nice bout it and not very helpful saying I need to wipe it off right when I get it out of the wash.but as I drive the stuff gets all over the body of my car talked to another manger he was cool but that day I noticed my car scratched think this happened the weekend of labor Day weekend to be exact that Saturday and. Not happy will remove this review if this gets fixed if not going file a complaint with the better business bureau I'm also going cancel my membership this is under new ownership and I never had an issue like this till now.
