I had misplaced the Backflow Prevention Device Field Testing & Maintenance Report for the association of 8 buildings in our complex. The water company was threatening to cut off our water. Splash got out right away and issued the report via email to save the day! We have used them for years and recommend them for their reliability.

Splash Plumbing was called on our behalf by our HOA. Living in Newport's Eastbluff, my wife and I have had numerous plumbing issues since these homes are over 50 years old. We have grown skeptical of the Bluffs contractors, due to some unfortunate experiences we have had with them, (former, not Splash). I should also note, that I am not a plumber, but I do own a laundromat that I helped build; so I am familiar with best practices.

With that said, the four people they sent to this job were of top notch quality and professionalism. The first two were sent to investigate the issue. They were very thorough and knew their way around the camera equipment and knew what they were looking at. One was a trainee, and the trainer was very patient and taught him each step as he helped him accomplish them. Being a business owner, I know not everyone can teach or train like that; I was impressed.

After the repair was made, and I can say that it was done right! The two plumbers who were sent to replace the clean-out were diligent and did everything as I like to have it: they tarped the grass area for the dirt, and dug only what they needed to dig. I do know enough to recognize the fittings they used in the connection and the process of installing them was textbook and clean. They even torqued the clamps and compacted the soil. No shortcuts were taken.

After having my share of plumbing nightmares, I had to write to their company and share what an exemplary job was done. This repair was a "simple" one, but one that is often fraught with shortcuts, as evident from the previous Bluff's contractor who installed that clean-out. But Splash Plumbing handled it properly and in a timely and NEAT manner. And all four of their guys were also very polite.

I will not be hesitant to have Splash Plumbing handle any future HOA-related plumbing issues related to our home - God forbid.
