I went there two times. I had a mix experience. First time, the lady was uninterested with her job and paid least attention to what I wanted. Also had an awful haircut at that time. The next time, the gentleman did a great job with his service and I was happy that Sportclips pay attention to the customer feedback.

Wow! What a great experience. Just went in for a trim and ZAIDA made the experience INCREDIBLE.best Ive ever had at any Sports Clips in the last 10 years of coming to this location.

Incredibly thorough. Took her time to make my hair the best and even threw it in braids to help with my curls.

Give this woman a raise, she is the real MVP and I'm glad she worked on my hair this morning!

There has been so much turnover at this location, you never know what you’ll get. I stopped coming here years ago (pre-Covid) because of multiple bad haircuts and poor customer service. I continued to take my boys because it’s convenient and fairly priced for a kids cut. Today I arrived at the location at 6: 10pm to get my boys a cut and was turned away. The stylist Informed me that the one person on the waitlist, who had not yet arrived was ahead of me and that if my boys haircuts could not be finished in 30 minutes they could not get cuts… okay, well there was another stylist finishing up and the location did not close til 7pm. The stylist insisted I come back tomorrow. I didn’t want to work through the flaws of her statements, I just left and will never return. It’s a shame, I’ve been taking my boys here for 5 years! Gave 2 stars for sentimental reasons. Zero stars for this ladies customer service

So the lady who cut my hair did Abadjob with the haircut her name was zaida. One side longer than the other side and she hurt me shes weird ‍️ but i asked her to do everything with massage and was 32$, but she told me that she did the $26 one which is the basic & i asked for layers which was $10 extra.but she Ring me up for $39? I was trying to calculate while i gave her 40 and she wanted more tip & she took 3 dollars already, I was thinking to come back but I don't like dishonest people.i don't think I'll come back again

Service was polite, it the cut I received was very different from what I described and expected. Don’t expect to return.

My son goes here for his cuts n trims. He loves going to Tabbatha! She takes her time and does a really great job!

I just got done having my haircut and beard trimmed for the second time (so far) by Panda! I can not say enough about the experience and how great I feel after. She is an absolute pro and amazing at her craft. She always recommends the best products for me and she’s never let me down. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at Sports Clips!

I made appointment online and even called ahead. They seated a walk-in ahead of me.

The place looks clean and nice but frustrated with service.

Little kid is screaming and crying the whole entire time. Mom is singing children songs, Was a bad experience, for a regular dude just trying to get a quick haircut and watch the game. Bad timing I guess

Just had the a terrible haircut! The lady was very rude her clippers kept pulling my hair I asked her if she could be a bit more mindful and she replies no one else complains.

I tip very well because I feel thats the right thing to do. On a normal haircut of $25 dollars I will consistently tip $25 - $100 on top of the cost of the hair cut because for me its relaxing and I think if somone does a good job you should show appreciation.

This lady acted like she hated her job and that me sitting in her chair annoyed her.

Her hair cutting skills are horrendous I have this weird line in my hair and the fade/blend that was supposed to happen never did.

Overall my experiance was the worst I have ever had getting a hair cut.

Did not catch the ladys name but blond about 5'10" seems Russian. DO NOT LET HER CUT YOUR HAIR UNLESS YOU WANT A REALLY BAD EXPERIANCE!

I go here often, well whenever I need a haircut, and I have always had a great experience. The stylists are freindly and the shop is very clean.

Amanda cut my hair and she was amazing great personality and very professional. Next time Im in Cali I will definatly go back.

Sports clips should hire people that know what they are doing and not just hire anybody. The one that cut my kids hair did a horrible job. They are probably still learning but it ended up looking like a “quarantine haircut”. Take your money elsewhere.

The online check in does not work well. Checked in online and arrived at the appropriate time only to find out that they changed their hours and closed an hour early. I did not receive an email or a text to confirm that I checked in. I am very disappointed and will cross Sports Clips Haircuts off of my list for family and friends.

I have been getting my haircut by Amanda (Panda) for the last couple months now and I have to say, she is an amazing hairstylist and an even more amazing human being. She strikes up great conversation, she is very engaged and professional and she gives you the haircut that YOU want. I've come in multiple times with a photo of a very specific haircut and she nails it every time. If you want a great haircut by an amazing individual, Panda is the hairstylist you want cutting your hair.

Had a great experience at sport clip yesterday I took my 10 year old and the lady I think her name is Karla not really sure of her name she is nice and did a good job. The only thing is the price it is pricey. I still like going back to the place but may check around for places who won’t charge me much.

Hairstylist great! App check in service needs work. It told us are stylist was ready, but still ended up waiting another 30min. 1hr 25min wait total

Misty was the perfect stylist. It was my first time having her service my needs & it won’t be the last. She understood how I wanted my hair to look and even with the cumbersome COVID-19 mask requirement, she made it happen.

Maria was very professional and did an excellent job! The facilities was clean and the staff were taking all public health precautions seriously. The entire time I felt safe and confident that staff was being proactive in preventing any covid spread. Will absolutely becoming back in the future!
