Terrible and misleading if I could give negative stars I would. Got the MVP first visit card for both of my teenagers, got in no MVP treatment at all and had a heated discussion to end the night, with the 0 customer service lady. The fun part was the lady accepting the fact that those cards are very misleading or she was full of it when not honoring the offer that brought us in. Apparently they can’t honor anything, ended up paying full price haircut. Never again!

My kids always get their hair cut in this salon. But since Sally left the salon, we've had a lot of hits and misses. My son started getting a haircut with Jen. Tuesday, Jen unfortunately wasn't there and he had a haircut with Abby. My goodness, no one has ever cut this child's hair as badly as Abby! It looked like it was cut with a knife! The next day I had to take it to another salon to fix it. We will never go back.
