Sport Clips Haircuts of Oceanside - Camino Town & Country

I've been going here and happy other times. Today I walked out after being ignored. I was there with just one other person on the board. My wait was 15 minutes. I was then "On Deck" with 3 minutes. The one before me was taken and received his cut. Then 3 other stylist showed up, 2 just cleaned up. I was then "on deck" for 20 minutes, then another customer showed up and was behind me on the board with their wait being 25 minutes. He was then taken before me, and I was told one of the others would take me, they were no where to be found. Not good customer service, I walked out after another 5 or 10 minutes watching the other person get their haircut.

I got the VIP haircut at this Sport Clips in Oceanside. The experience and haircut was excellent. Cynthia is top notch!

Roughest hair clipping I ever had. Left me with a few spots of scrapes at the neck and a couple at my head. Wow! Definitely a mistake going here.

After going to the location, and learning that I needed to register on-line, I selected a stylist and made an appointment. The "estimated wait time" when I confirmed was 26 minutes. That time was pushed back by 20+ minutes but that was fine.
After waiting for almost one hour the "scoreboard" showed that my wait was over and that I was "on deck. " I even received a text message stated, "Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in the store and ready for you're haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line. " The stylist then came out and took someone else and my wait time went back to 26 minutes. They later claimed that this other person was in-front of me.
I never would have gone to this location, or waited as long as I did, had I know that they clearly do not honor the appointments they make! I lost over two hours and still need a haircut.

In the interest of full disclosure, I was later offered a free haircut, which I declined, and told they were planning to update their scheduling system.

Great staff! Quick and professional. Trimmed my eyebrows, sideburns and back of the neck real quick. Good time to go is between noon and 2pm.

Went to get a haircut for my son and I waited 25 mins just to find out one of the stylists wouldn’t cut my sons hair the way we wanted it. She refused to give my son a 0 fade because he was to young. Then asked another barber to do it. But we could wait that long. Give the customer the haircut they ask for no matter what age. Do not recommend this place.

I asked for a mid fade on the sides. They do NOT KNOW how to fade. Judy was my executioner. Now i can't go out for 2 weeks. She also got upset because i didnt tip.

Ample parking, fair price point, man-centric (rare these days/daze), the ballgame is always on and most importantly, JESS works there! After receiving three bad haircuts in a row from other locations, I decided to try Sports Clips because all they do all day, every day is cut men’s hair. I selected “next available” hairstylist upon arriving, and thankfully they paired me with JESS! She listened, took her time and gave me the best haircut ever! Moving forward, no one but JESS will be touching my hair. Well done, bravo, grand slam home run (hair) style results! Get there abs do yourself a favor and ask for JESS because she’s the best.

I was in and out very quickly and very pleased with the cut. With just a few questions, she knew what I wanted. The place was spotless and plenty of hair professionals with no waiting. The price was very reasonable too.

I took my daughter here, the lady who cut her hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked her what was wrong with her because she was in a wheel chair. She told my daughter she would never find a job because she wanted a males haircut with a design on it. She also told her that she was making the men uncomfortable because ONLY men can go there and get their hair cut. She stated it was for MEN only, which is total bs. I would stay away from this place.

The service was great, I didn't have a long wait time before I was seen. Most of all the employees were nice, polite, the store was clean and well sanitized!

Brandon was awesome. Excellent cut on my 6 year old son. He communicated efficiently and my son enjoyed talking with him. His haircut looks SO much better than the slightly cheaper places we were going before this. The place was clean and efficient. Will return.

My son's first in-store haircut since March. Much needed. Glad to be back. I really recommend this store for kids (my son is 10)

Was given fantastic service yesterday by Rosalina. I told her what i would like and she knew exactley what to do. And with my wedding today i am very pleased with the outcome of her work. Definetly my go to for my next haircut. Thank you Rosalina!
