Horrible experience inside the establishment.  Got skipped a couple times,  removed from the wait-list,  told I'd be next when I had to get up in front of everyone to complain like a child.  Then another person comes in and gets their cut before me again. Had to follow the stylist to complain and I get told to wait again. Last time I ever go to sports clips.

My boys are 10 and 5, they had fade cuts done with the MVP package. Great job by the ladies that did their styles

Not sure I have to say anything honestly, the picture is enough. When asking about fixing it was told by manager, I can bring it UP even to the short side.this was a $28 cut.

The girl who cut my hair did a great job. I recently started cutting my hair again and wasn’t sure about how to cut it and what to do. The girl listened very and I got exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was great. I will be returning.

When I was ask like to my hair shorter. I said yes but not to a crewcut style. I’m not happy and will not return for any further haircuts.

I've been bringing my two boys to Sports Clips in Redding for over a year now, and I've never been more disappointed and frustrated with a service like I was today. My name's Tracy, and as a father trying to get both my sons' haircuts before their first day back at school tomorrow, I was met with unprofessionalism and what I can only describe as sheer laziness.

Upon entering the store, I was informed that they were not taking walk-ins. I asked if I could wait in case someone canceled, but Brooke, the manager, and her assistant manager teamed up against me, trying to force me to leave the store. I had to defend myself and state the obvious - that the business was open, and they could have a cancellation.

After a frustrating conversation, they realized they couldn't force me to leave, so I waited. Both of my sons were eventually taken care of, but what I witnessed during my wait was appalling. The manager and assistant manager turned away guests claiming they could not be seen and moved around the shop at a snail's pace, completing one customer's haircut in the time it took other stylists to do three.

I have always praised Sports Clips for their service, but today's experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I am appalled at the poor management and lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. It's clear to me that there's an urgent need for proper management training and a complete re-evaluation of customer service policies at this location.

I'm left with no choice but to rate this experience one star, and I sincerely hope that no other loyal customers have to endure what my sons and I went through today.

Didn't have a good experience, had to run back it because she forgot something that I noticed in review mirror. Didn't put much effort into it.could've saved 10 bucks and went to great clips.
Lesson learned!

First time there it was an interesting experience. Not real sure how I feel about paying, $36.00 for a hair cut I used to pay $5.00 for.

Completely and totally done with this place. Your app is terrible. My time is as important as yours!

Went today to get my son looking sharp for 8th grade graduation tomorrow. He got the man-spa experience and says he'll only get his hair cut here in the future! Hot towel, scalp massage, TV going.if they had snacks, I probably could have left him there and picked him up when he turned 18.

Awesome experience. Paige was my stylist and was great. She listened and checked on what I wanted, great cut, MVP service was first class!

Sports clips has cut my hair for years! Never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Paige she is a highly skilled and professional stylist. Excited to come back again!

No walk-ins anymore but the staff doesn't need to be rude when we walked in.
