Sport Clips Haircuts of Simi Valley

Went for the first time and was impressed. Got a nice cut. It was quick and reasonably priced all while I watched SportsCenter.

Bernie was awesome at listening to what I wanted for my hair and executing the style perfectly. He was able to fix the bad haircut I had gotten from another barbershop and leave me more than satisfied with my new cut. Amazing service!

I never post reviews for anything, but this was the absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life. So bad I just had my whole head shaved instead. Will never go back.

Just wanted to say that TERESA gave my son the best hair cut he’s ever had. My son suffers from bad anxiety and getting his hair cut is something he really struggles with. Teresa made him feel so at ease, talked to him about Pokémon, and made the hair cut so easy for him (and me). Thank you Teresa. We can’t wait to see you next time.

Not a bad haircut just for what I get a # 3. I think 29 dollars is a little high. Even Supercuts is only 21 dollars.

Today (after a month) I have visited sports clips Simi Valley again and it was great pleasure to have my hair cut by Jannie. She really made it up for us for last time issues we faced with Jessica.
I have had today my best ever hair cut and care since long.
Thanks Jannie for exceeding expectations. You are the best definitely and I would recommend Jannie for anyone who wants a decent and professional hair cut from best ever hairdresser.

I wish i could have rated them higher. It’s nice place and my son has been dealing with “ Lauren” for 6 months and all was good. But unfortunately last time he got his hair cut by “Jessica” and she was absolutely RUDE. She was rude to us as parents since she was not not willing to listen or understand how we want the hair cut and she was even more rude to our son since she held his head aggressively so tight (which we consider as an abuse) while cutting his hair despite that he is a cool boy and never moves around. Jessica was so frustrated and rude and done many horrible mistakes (she hurt his ear, hair upper side was not even and hair at back of his head was left tall despite that we have tried to explain to her but in vain) eventually the hair cut looked horrible!
When we tried to ask her to rectify her mistakes but she was not willing to wait or do anything and left us behind … Finally we got through to the assistant manager “Jannine” and she was nice and she tried her best to rectify the mess done by “ Jessica”.
Thanks to Jannine the Asst.manager for her help. She fixed the cut but I’d defiantly never deal with “Jessica” ever and won’t let her touch my son again.
I would have given 0/5 rating but since “ Jannine” the Asst.manager did her best to correct it hence I’m giving a rating of 2/5.

Had a 40 min wait on a Tuesday late afternoon walk in. Called ahead and explained I wanted to trim around ears and clean up and STYLE for prom. Arrived explained same to the gal. She mentioned using clippers on 3, I explained that she'd need at least a 3 because I wanted to keep the length but wanted it styled for prom. Showed her the picture. Next thing I know she's buzzed over and behind the ear with the clippers. Stuck with full hair cut at a "3" at that point. Then she asks if I want it washed, I say I want it styled like the picture gor prom so no I don't want it washed. She explains it will get rid of loose hairs so I agree. She then puts palm gel in my hair and slicks out back. I show her the picture and ask her to give it height like on the picture and she says, oh you need a blow dryer and round brush for that. I ask, "Don't you have that? " she says, wait for it. " No. We don't style hair we only do hair cuts. " I was so mad. I had called ahead to ask if I could make an appointment to have my hair cleaned up and STYLED for prom. When I arrived I told the gal I wanted her to STYLE my hair for prom and showed her the picture. I told her I wanted to keep the length and just wanted it trimmed around my ears and side burns. And only after she had done a complete hair cut (which in all fairness was a nice haircut, just not what I asked for) did she say she couldn't style it. Paid $45 with tip then had to go home and style my hair myself half hour before leaving for prom. You think one of the two people I spoke with would have mentioned they don't style hair especially what I showed her the photo and said I want it styled like this.

I have been coming to this location for a little over a year now….
I normally just select what ever stylist has the shortest wait time. I don’t know why but for some reason the wait time will always go up when I arrive at location and when people chose first available they receive service before me.
I guess this is a downside for picking the shortest show wait time for a stylist? Guess I will just pick first available stylist from now on.

I've been going to this establishment for years and never anywhere else, and I can always count on them on getting a great haircut

Came in today. Shout out to Vanessa, very friendly and welcoming. She also gave me a good fade.

Great place and ambiance. Very patient with my 4 yr old. Great cut and Lauren was a very friendly stylist.
