I've had better experiences before. I either had a new barber or a really bad one. They knew it too. Not even half way through another barber came over and started supervising and eventually took over. Guess I'll have to specify which barber from now on.

Michelle is amazing! I have never met anyone so talented and kind and great at cutting hair, I've been to many places but she is the best. Definitely recommend

Kaitlyn was Amazing! Super helpful and willing to take her time even tho I came in like 45 mins before closing (I know I know). Offered the MVP anyway and was totally worth it. Amazing experience.

First time ever going there and the lady cutting my hair completely botched my ear line. She cut into my hair line about a half inch with the clippers leaving a strange and very noticeable over cut section on one side. Embarrassing to even be walking around like that.

You know, it makes sense to be picky about your barber shop—and I get the snuff about corporate salons, whether Cobain would’ve lent his locks to their shears. But you know, I was in a pinch—needed more cut, less mutt on this day. I flipped a coin and headed inside. Dondi led me to her chair, where she explained the discount I would receive on a hair washing—which soon felt soooo good. For real, why don’t I get the whole enchilada more often? The tea tree shampoo smelled soooo earthy, too. Yeah, they had the basketball highlights on TV, but we didn’t talk sports at all—just life. And the details of the awesome haircut she dealt me. Can you tell a little TLC goes a long way? Cut so well I don’t even have to look at myself—I let others do it.

Absolutely an amazing experience.

Michelle is awesome! I get a haircut that's a bit more complicated than normal, I'm pretty picky about the length and layering, and Michelle got it spot on. She took her time to ask me what I wanted, how I wanted it done, and showed me what she was doing every step of the way. Not to mention she's very friendly and fun to talk to. She took her time to do things right, but also got my haircut done fast. Definitely recommend her!

It's 10am and the sign says it's open at 9am? This is a joke and a waste of my time. This poor guy has been waiting 30 minutes before I got here, him and I both tried calling the number provided but no answer. Go to knuckle heads and ask for Sarah her service and crew is amazing!

First and last time here asked for a middle fade and a came out with a rush hair cut with hair still hanging out in the lower back the places wasn't busy I don't understand why they did it so fast

I don't recommend this location or the stylist Courtney at all. She completely lacks customer service skills and seems very rushed when with clients.
She started off with not even asking my name when she came to get me, which caused confusion on the waiting list because they didn't know who they just brought back.
During the visit she then persisted to make comments on how I looked identical to another Asian customer and how we have the same "scrunched up face" similar to her Persian cat.she then commented that it's hard to tell the difference between Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, which I understand is difficult to the untrained eye, but the best way to find out is to ask if you're that curious and if that matters during a haircut.
This was my 3rd time here and I'm disappointed that I had this type of experience here. I would be surprised if Sports Clips as a brand would continue employing someone as unprofessional as this "stylist".

1st time coming in there with my middle son was great on 1/16/22- Returned the next day with my younger son and was given the worst customer service by Karla. The attitude she gave was so unnecessary and very unprofessional, will not be returning.

Here is a real review. The 2 times I've been at this location, at least 1 person was under the influence of something. Both times. These employees just want a paycheck. My stylist needed help and had someone else cut my hair. Awkward.will not go to this new and convenient location again. Thanks guys

I’ve been using Sports Clips for about two years now and have always been a satisfied customer. I was excited when they decided to expand and open a new store closer to home. Same great service and personable stylists just minutes from home! Special shout out to Rebecca, Amanda, and Lily for the great haircuts and good conversation! Keep doing what you’re doing.

This mvp experience was great! Tyffany made sure she steamed my face and gave me a beautiful haircut. At the end, she massaged my neck. Friendly, considerate to the clients who came in with or without appts. I will come back

The young lady that cut my hair basically cut enough off so that I would have to go back in one week.

My grandsons came in for haircuts this AM. They not only got a great cut but the VIP treatment as well. My grandsons Malcolm and Elliott were thrilled, thanks to Rebecca and Karla.
