Ty E.is a phenomenal customer support team member. It took me a couple weeks to get enough confidence to pull the trigger on spending almost $1k on one pair of sunglasses from a company I've never used before, but I eventually did. Less than 24 hours after the order, Ty reached out to me and let me know that my frame/lens combo wouldn't work for my prescription, BUT, he laid out many options to solve the issue. I sent quite a few emails (my prefered method of communication) regarding my order to him, and ty educated me on different lens material, frame styles, ect. Ty used his personal experience to help lead me to a new selection of lens material, never pushing me one way or another. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of, and I will be using this service again.

I find myself ordering more things online now than ever before, and I have NEVER had a more positive experience than with SportRx and their professional employe Ty.

This isn't some paid for sponsor shill review, I am astounded at how well I was treated.

I had a couple scratch issues on my lenses

I am a Canadian citizen and ordered my Nike Brazen and Oakley Gascan shades from California where sport rx calls home.

Not only did Maddie @ Sport Rx facilitate EXCELLENT service but she made sure every meticulous detail was explained thoroughly when I asked.
Please know that I spoke with about 3 employees and they were all terrific with my many questions.

I was very worried about an international order but the ability to reach out, have a wide variety of frames, mirrored and polarized lenses was to easy and a home run. They blew my local opticians out of the water and this is from another country!

Now I am currently waiting for my order and will update this review when I get a stellar product fingers crossed.

Be prepared to wait a LONG TIME for your glasses. They told me two to three weeks. It's been a month now and still waiting.

I highly recommend Sport Rx. My prescription is not any easy one to get right, especially with sports glasses. My glasses had to be redone a few times, until they were right (no questions asked each time I said they did not fit properly). Everyone provided outstanding customer service, especially Ty who did all possible to get the correct fit. Would definitely get glasses done there again.

Skier’s can breathe a sigh of relief, now I have my Sport RX prescription lens goggle inserts. I wish I had done it years ago. The first time I can properly read trail signs and snow terrain.

Had new prescription lenses installed in existing frame. Online ordering, assisted by live chat agent, was easy and efficient, incl.uploading of new prescription). Promptly received mailing label for sending the frame to SportRX (free of charge). Within a couple of weeks received glasses back in solid packaging. Frame is fitting nicely and new prescription lenses are working as expected. Overall, wonderful experience, again.

Ordered custom Oakley Crosslink Zero eyeglasses with my prescription including transitions xtractive and the digital lens. Best pair of glasses I have ever bought. Over the past few years I have had my glasses destroyed by my kids or during Karate and have been buying glasses from other online sellers and those glasses have been awful. These new glasses from SportRX have been amazing, lightweight, great fit, the prescription is perfect even in an Oakley frame. These Oakley frames were exactly what I was looking for and combined with the precision cut Sportrx lenses, they are perfect. The staff at Sportrx were excellent too, very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right product for my needs. The lesson for me is always buy the higher quality product from a good vendor, like Sportrx…I highly recommend them.

Big hats off to SportRx. I went to new eye doctor who gave me wrong Rx. Unfortunately, I had already ordered eyeglassed and a set of Oakleys from SportRx. Then went to Costco eye center to get an accurate prescription. SportRx, no questions asked, sent me a replacement set for the first doctors messed up Rx. I would highly recommend them, not only for the quality of the products, but even more so for the outstanding customer service.

Purchased goggle lens insert. Product quality is excellent and the prescription match was spot on. Lens physical configuration was a bit small for my selected goggle. SportRX, immediately arranged for an alternate unit, handled all shipping and returns in a very expedited manner. Very happy with end result and customer service could not be better.

Absolutely a fabulous company actually I had a problem with a order but the customer support was fabulous Gizelle a customer service representative was very responsive and got on the problem and resolved it immediately and I am a customer for life!

Totally rad company and outstanding customer service. This is the 4th pair of glasses I have ordered from them and the last pair I got ended up being to small for my large dome. And I thought I might of been stuck with them since I didn't do the proper research prior to ordering them, but nope, without hesitation they told me to send them back and helped me pick out a better pair that would fit to my satisfaction and then once they were ready they next day aired it to me. I'm a full-time snowboard instructor, trainer, and ski resort manager. I'm on snow 5-7 days a week in all kinds of weather conditions here on the east coast. I've been wearing my glasses under my goggles for years and have dealt with fogging and discomfort the whole time.

About a month ago I got a pair of SportRx inserts and I couldn't be happier! They fit in my Anon M4's perfect, they never fog, and I don't end each day with a headache from the pressure of my glasses pushing on my face. My only regret is not reaching out to SportRx sooner to get a pair.

Excellent customer service! I ordered two pairs of glasses. One was spot on. The other had an issue in which the prescription or something wasn't quite right in the lenses. I opened a support case. Shout out to Oscar who provided excellent service! They remade the lenses, expedited the turn around and everything was perfect!
