Sports Motion Physical Therapy

This place is a hidden gem! It's been around for many years and so have some of their dedicated staff. I got personalized service and didn't feel like a number. I was treated with respect and kindness and any concerns I had about my neck/back conditions were addressed immediately by their caring physical therapists. I've had severe back and neck problems that have required two very extensive surgeries (neck & lower back) and did my rehab here for both and I am happy to report feeling very good now due in part to a fabulous surgeon and some very helpful physical therapy here.

I was referred to sports motion pt, and let me tell u that already at 3 sessions, im already feeling pain relief for my sciatica. The whole staff is very welcoming and helpfull, which makes my sessions something to look forward to! I recommend sports motion for their patience, knowledge and hands on experience.

Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. I felt so much better after a few weeks of treatments. I recommend this office highly.

I had a shoulder injury from Pickleball and I went to Sports Motion. The staff was so helpful and gave me excellent one on one service. The icing, heat and ultrasounds really helped treat and resolve my injury. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to sports motion pt for a few weeks now, and I can already feel the difference in my shoulder. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder, and the cortisone shots were not giving me any relief. I have more range of motion now, and I sleep better throughout the night. Thank you Kim! Sports motion physical Therapy is absolutely the best place I have ever been to for PT. The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else and have no reservation recommending them!

Very impressed with everyone, focused and caring, they have helped tremendously with my improvement. They use pilates reformer that is extremely helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and professional here. David made me feel confident from the first phone call when he knew precisely the injury I'm dealing with. He and Nicos were very helpful and friendly after my first appointment. Everyone else is professional and friendly as well, though haven't gotten to meet everyone yet.

I came into PT with a left hamstring pull from figure skating and I recovered very well & quickly. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to check in with you on your pain, how treatments are going, how you can aid your recovery at home, and more. They are also super flexible with appointment times and changes which has been so helpful. I was a little weary going into PT as this is my first real injury but Sports Motion has helped me recover in time for my next season and has been amazing this entire summer.

Sports Motion has a wonderful facility with incredible people! The physical therapy is excellent and very personalized. It is evident that the staff is diligent and deeply committed to helping patients achieve a timely recovery. I'm a high school student suffering from my first real injury and I have felt greatly supported by the staff. I'm so happy to be in the care of Sports Motion!

I highly recommend this place. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Nikos, Elle and Kim are very experienced. I'm in my 30s and very active. I have had pain in my lower back for years. I tried so many different treatments but nothing was permanent. This place fixed me. It wasn't just about the exercises they did with me during the sessions. They also take the time to explain what's best for me in my daily routines. They explain how different muscles work together or against each other. They explain the importance of form and posture. They know what they are doing!

Sports motion physical therapy cant be beat! I had total knee reconstructive surgery, and was going to another clinic with little to no progress.i decided to come to sports motion pt, and within the first week i felt so much progress.i cannot thank Dave and his staff enough. I am nearing the end of my PT for low back pain. Since the initial session i felt instant relief. I have been working with Kim & Elle, although the whole staff makes you feel like family. I have been doing Pilates as part of my PT, and they also have a fully equipped gym. I'm so glad i came across this clinic, as it has helped my pain decrease. They have made sure to accommodate me weekly without any issues. Always monitoring that i was doing the exercises right, and gave me some at home exercises as well to speed up my progress. Cant thank you enough!

I wish I could give 100 stars! I have been using SMPT for close to 25 years for various sports related injuries and they are truly the best! I’m just wrapping up 6 months of PT after shoulder surgery and I don’t know where I’d be without the excellent care of Dave Dennies and his world class staff (Kim, Nicos, Elle and Cindy). I recommend SMPT to any and all!
