Had my sister's bridal party here. Good food, drinks and karaoke! Room was private. 15 ladies just having fun!

As always a favorite.been going here since I was very young.my go to during our drinking days.and college days when money was tight.delicious food, great portions, extremely reasonable price.

Wished I could give Spot KTV negative stars if the system allowed me to. Have never been to a KTV with such horrible service. To make a long story short, I was being discriminated since I don't speak Mainland China Mandarin. A female staff (shoulder length bleached hair wearing circle shaped glasses) responded to my complains with a disgusted face and said "I am Chinese" when I tried to communicate to her in English. Sound system was OK with worn down room and not so updated song list. Seriously doubted the hygiene of the room and microphones since they finished cleaning the room in lighting speed after previous guests left. There was a mandatory 15% gratuity on the check. No wonder they didn’t care to provide customer service. On top of the 15% they still expect you to tip more. There’s a gratuity line for you to add more. Stayed less than an hour due to the quality of the room and terrible service. Will avoid this place at all cost. Hopefully San Diego will have a decent karaoke place soon.

It was ok. I do have to say 1 thing. I saw a staff member using restroom and they didn't wash their hands.ummm kinda nasty. It was a fun time though, other than that.

I asked if the complementary fruit is coming, they assured me that it is, but never did. The song search function is broken for the English songs so be careful with that. And please have a nicer attitude towards your customers.

Went there for the restaurant. Food is okay given its price. The congee and lamb skewer is actually pretty good. Paying cash can get a 10% off discount.

Perfect place for a birthday party! Great machines with up to date videos and songs. Delicious food and teas. The fruit tea was awesome and the spicy beef with veggies was so tasty.

Fun place for entertaining families and friends. Like the karaoke and food. Plenty of Asian karaoke songs. Disappointed because my favorite group America was not in the list. Still enjoyed the entertainment.
