Monica (office mgr.) made it easy to schedule the cleaning service, with great communication and reminders. Daniel (cleaner) was on-time, very professional and kind. He listened to what we needed and then explained everything he was planning to do and how long it would take. He did a great job - even got out the flood-staining on the ground-floor carpet. Reasonably priced too! I will definitely use Spotless again - check 'em out!

Spotless has been the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used.
Our carpet was overdue for a cleaning and as a result had plenty of areas that needed attention.
They were able to get out 99% of our spots!
I was shocked and extremely pleased.
I had them deodorize since we have pets.
They made sure the odor was completely gone, even coming out more than once to make sure it was gone.
Customer service was top notch.

This is second time I've used Spotless and they have always done an excellent job. My carpets were very much in need of cleaning and they look like new. I would highly recommend both the service and the results.

Very responsive on the telephone. Called me back the day before to confirm the appointment. Sean called the day of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. Professional and was wearing mask the entire time he was working. I had some stains and spots from workmen who had remodeled two bathrooms for us. They had covered the carpets with a plastic film, but it didn't offer full protection. Sean went above and beyond in cleaning the entire hallway upstairs. I selected Spotless because of their good ratings. I would use them again.

What a great experience. Demien called me 15min in advanced to confirm he is on his way and arrived on time. He came across very professional and at first I thought it was my friend visiting, based on him being friendly, and excited to do the cleaning job. He clearly explained what will be done, how it will be done, and how much it will cost, before the cleaning started. The end result was better than expected and done within the estimated time.
