They took great care of Zoe. Staff friendly and you can tell they really love the animals in their care!

The staff was nice and very helpful. Their enclosures for cats seemed a bit small but for $5 per exercise session (up to twice a day) they do take your pet cat to a much larger play room. They only have dry food so if your pet likes canned wet food make sure you bring some as they will give it to your pet.

This place was SO amazing. I had to board my two pets (cat and dog) from May to October due to military obligations. They took all the stress about my furbabies away. They kept me updated on everything and were always quick to answer my questions! The whole staff was just the sweetest. My pets adored them, and when I was able to reunite with my babies, I could tell how happy both of them were while I was gone. I will definitely always use these phenomenal people when I need to board my babies ️ I wouldn’t trust anyone else! When I picked them up, I got a dog grooming session and she had on the cutest little fall bandana ️ She won’t even let me take it off of her! I highly recommend Spring Creek for all your furbaby needs ️

The mandatory play time fee shouldn't be announced as you are dropping off your dog.
I paid for baths at pickup, which looked good, I just expect when you bath you also brush.
My dogs are drinking water like they were in a desert, I just assumed water would always be assesible.

Absolutely recommend this place! 10/10 for us. Especially Desiree, she’s an absolute gem of a person. We dropped off our cat in the middle of preparing for an out of state move, and her hospitality and kindness made us so relieved and comfortable leaving our cat there. We are sad we found this place right as we were moving because we’d definitely bring our cat there whenever we needed him to be lodged somewhere. Again, thank you to the facility and Desiree!

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, the staff is extremely helpful during dropoff/pickup and I know they are on great hands because our animals live going back!

We love Spring Creek, my dog Camdyn and me. Everyone is so friendly and personable. The staff have been incredibly professional and accommodating and they are affordable. I recommend without reservation!

I always bring my dog here. I’ve been coming here since 2015. They do so good with her and always exited to see her just as much as my dog is exited to see them. I love that they have misters around the kennels when it’s hot. I always feel comfortable leaving her here when we travel. Highly recommend!

Kitty's first visit to boarding. They took very good care of her. Warm and friendly staff. Safe place to leave your love one if you need to get out of town.

Love this place for grooming. I have Bassett hounds and they are difficult to cut their nails. Spring Creek makes quick work of the trim.like magic. Thanks for loving my animals.

My dog seems to love this place & she kept kissing the staff before leaving the facility on the day I picked her up, so the staff does a good job taking care of the dogs & cats at this boarding facility!

They take adequate care of your pets but have a policy requiring mandatory daily play times that is not posted inside the facility. In addition was I was never informed of this policy when I made the reservation.
Boarding fee schedule should be adjusted to include the charge for Mandatory play time. When I spoke to the owner I was advised that the mandatory playtime is not posted as a charge since the customer only gets charged if the pet actually gets the play time which makes this policy appear arbitrary.
The owner also advised me that I do have a choice as to whether my pet stays at their facility or not I can chose to go elsewhere.
I'm quite disappointed since I've been going there for years.

Very nice people to deal with. The boarding area for my cat was very clean and spacious. I would recommend them to anyone with a cat. Great experience all around.

Great place for our three dogs. Great employees as well. We have been going there for over 5yrs now.

My dog had a great time here but he got fleas! Now my house has fleas. He's almost 4 years old and he's NEVER had fleas, ticks, or anything of the sort. He's an indoor dog and the only interaction he's had with other dogs for a long time was at this place.

The love and care the staff show you and your pets is phenomenal Would highly recommend putting your pets there to play for the day or stay while on a vacation. There amazing and very clean and organized!

My dog got excited as soon as he entered the front office, so I knew he was going to like this place. They have a pool in the back. I had to leave my Alaskan malamute for 4 nights, so it was like a mini vacation for him. They don't have cameras, but they will treat your dog well.

We love the staff and hospitality. Booking any service is really easy and quick. They are close to the freeway and very easy to get to. They have a pool but unfortunately Daisy is not allowed to play as she plays too rough. Naughty girl!

I used to work here and can say with confidence that all of the pets are cared for to the same degree (if not more) than we care for our own pets. The staff truly loves the dogs and cats (tortoises, bunnies, etc) and they enjoy playing with them, petting them, scratching bellies, and watching the dogs swim during playtimes.

I no longer work there and I still wouldn’t trust any other kennel with our dogs. The staff here are well trained and actually NICE/respectful of the animals and their owners. I can’t say the same about other kennels I’ve been to. Their playgrounds are separated and secure. Their runs (kennels) are cleaned multiple times daily and temperature controlled. They even have their own little outside area they can use to hang out or use the bathroom if they have to go when they’re not at playtimes. They give the dogs blankets and pads to lay on but feel free to bring your own pets bed!

Manda the manager is amazing and sincerely cares for all of the pets here. They even take special care of older dogs like ours. If they don’t want to play during playtimes, the staff will pet and love on them anyway!

They also take pictures of the dogs (and cats) during play times if you request it! I sincerely wouldn’t trust any other dog hotel/kennel with my dogs again! Spring Creek is the only place I trust to actually CARE for my animals ️
