11Very clean. Good breakfast. Had a not so good experience with one lady at check in. She had a attitude. But the rest of the staff was great!
Wish there was a pool. Next door neighbor extremely loud (sports team) front desk was good to shut them down
Need to have Lotion.
Guess this hotel runs like an airline and purposefully overbooks their rooms. So they canceled my reservation 5 hours before check-in, even though I reserved the room 5 weeks ago. Don't risk your reservation being canceled, book elsewhere.
5 stars for LOCATION! It is close to everything if you want to spend time in Orange County. It takes less than 10 minutes to all local restaurants and I think that’s why this hotel is popular. There is Whole Food across the hotel, In and Out burger next to it…Rooms are clean and nice. Bedding and amenities are good quality for the hotel category. Breakfast is just ok: scrambled eggs, (frozen) waffles, bacon, yogurt, fruits, some muffins, coffee. I gave it 4 stars because there is no pool and kiddos activities. Staff is hit and miss in this hotel.but there is free EV charging for cars which is +. Parking is $10 a night. Might be back if we are in the area without kids.
The pillows were amazing. The beds very comfortable. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.
I lived on the fourth floor and the shower pressure is pretty weak. Also the curtain cannot follow close so always got me waked up early in the morning. Breakfast is limited.
So horrible, drove in from out of state and the hotel over booked on purpose and now everyone gets to spend a week being uncomfortable. We reserved the room we did in DECEMBER 2022 for the stay in April 2023. Never choosing Marriott again, Hilton has never done this. The reservation was made so far in advance, we should have been honored and others walked.
I really enjoyed staying here. It is centrally located. There's plenty of shops and food. We had a trailer we were hauling and felt very safe leaving it overnight since they had security patrolling. The breakfast was nicely laid out, also very clean. My husband and I agreed we will stay at the location again.
The in n out being right next to the telly is perfect, the rooms are nice and the people working are very kind. Sometimes it seems as if they're understaffed, but that's not something the attendants can control, I guess.
I found the hotel to comfortable and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is okay, there are restaurants nearby but mostly across the street.
