The worst place ever experienced considered Marriott Bo nVoy Elite member they don’t care very poor service. Sofa bed springs is dangerous sticking out wires on the side, dirty carpet and trash overflowing by the elevator reported, still there until we checked out.

Stayed here for 5 nights scheduled to have my room cleaned twice and no one showed either time! Was given the name & phone number of operations mgr.left message and he never returned my call. Trash in hotel and in garage were overflowing. Very disappointing for the Marriott brand.

Nice hotel.be careful anyone who parks down stairs. They will brake in your car. I arrived around 10p.m came out about 9a.m to find out that all my things were gone. I spoke to management. Which im very sure they are use to it because the reviews stated same thing accured. And management called police to make report. Lets see what Marriott does to fix this. You spend to much money on these rooms to feel safe and secure. To be getting ripped off. Simple fix hire security. Billion dollar company. And you cant hire security for 8 hour shift or even install cameras at lower level.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast buffet. It was good. We had a little hiccup with checking out. I informed them when I checked in that I wanted to pay cash on check out. They charged my card so they had to get a manager to fix it. The staff remained professional and friendly even though I know they were inconvenienced by my cash paying ways. I would stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Outdoor swimming pool is amazing. Breakfast is spread across the lobby and bar, so make sure to look around for extra stuff like waffles, etc.

Unacceptable poor service for hiwcexpensive the rooms are Virtually 1 or 2 people cleaning the rooms, lucky if you had your room cleaned by 5 pm if at all. Often no towels at the pool for guests. Just seemed understaffed or poorly managed. The breakfast was the only thing that was good.

There check in process for companies that are reserving rooms for employees is horrible. If your company books a room for you remotely they need that credit card available with ID at check in. They have a work around which requires someone at the corporate office to download their mobile app and reserve a room and check in remotely. Oh, and they need to provide you with the last 4 digits of the credit card. Wait it gets better. With the mobile app, the person reserving to room had to wait an hour after reserving the room before they can check in. The whole process is really inconvenient and it's the last thing a business traveller wants to deal with is stupid issues while trying to check in after a long flight from the East coast to the West coast. Or after any amount of travel for that matter. I will never have my company book here again.

I had to come to California to have surgery. Unfortunately I wasn't able to have it during October, and had to come back in January. The reason I point this out is because we stayed at his particular hotel for convenience to Huntington Hospital, safety, and comfort, and I stayed at a Hilton in January that was no where near as good as this Marriott. The rooms are pretty expensive, but I have found that most decent hotels in the Pasadena area are really sky high anyways. This hotel is very clean, spacious, and beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the shower and the big fire pit outside. My only complaints and reason for 4 stars would be due to the lack of available tv channels, very spotty wi-fi (attempted to stream Hulu, it would work for a bit, then it would freeze), and at night it can get very noisy. However, we were staying in a room near the outside exit close to the pool area. I'm sure this made a difference, and if you're here on vacation to sight see, the tv and wi-fi issues might not bother you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Much better than the Hilton Home2Suites I had to stay at In January. Marriott has my vote.

Well located with a very updated lobby and rooms, this SpringHill Suites is comfy and convenient. Note in the photos the nice division between the living area and bed. The work area is great. There's a mini fridge and microwave. The pool here is very nice.
The front desk and housekeeping staff here are especially on-point and made us feel very welcome.
Check out The Stage Restaurant directly across the street if you're looking for upscale dining.we loved it. However, there are tons of food options in this neighborhood.

Most everything was great about the hotel, but there were a few things that can be improved upon. First and foremost is the breakfast food. The tater tots were cold, soft, ans mushy. The sausage was dry and couldn't be consumed without drinking water afterwards or during. The fruit was mediocre and the coffee bland. My one other complaint are the shower floors. They are way too slick! I felt like I was on ice in there! I don't like worrying while I shower, and I don't understand why the floor would be that slick! Otherwise the bed was warm and comfortable. The pillows were soft and welcoming. The room was filled with an appealing decor that reflected many of the cinematic thematic elements prevalent in the area. Quite a pretty atmosphere with a lovely pool deck, chess board, lounge area, and bar! I would stay there again, but I'd ask for a bath tub!
