SpringHill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley reviews
15 Nice place and worth booking a few nights.
Breakfast was great and views are amazing.
Heater/air not working-an offer to move to another room I did not accept because I was settled in for 6 nites A small space heater was provided.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were not very nice. It’s a okay place to spend a night or two.
We loved our stay at SpringHill Suites! The staff was very friendly, our room was clean. The daily breakfast was delicious. Loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Location felt safe and secure. It was easy to get to Napa Valley wineries and downtown Napa.
I would not stay here again mostly due to the availability of better properties in the area. The room had a musty smell and the AC was very loud as were the upstairs neighbors early in the morning. The staff were nice enough but ultimately unable to move us to the top floor. The breakfast was typical although the coffee was good. Probably a good location for business folk but not for those spending three nights, due to road noise.
Clean and comfy! I’m a convenient location and dog friendly. Room was pretty spacious as well. Staff was excellent
By far, one of the most expensive springhill suites I've ever seen. But hey, welcome to Napa!
It's tough to find anything affordable in Napa these days, but this hotel was about as good a Marriott options as the area allowed. Located a bit outside of Napa (15-20 min drive), but close enough that you're still next to all the action. Hotel is a bit off the main road, enough that it's quiet with not much development around it. Not a high hotel, and sprawls a bit with a nice pool area and firepit in the middle.
Parking is convenient and free, though you may have a small walk to the front desk if you're parked far. Decent size lobby, check-in was a bit slow but maybe had relatively new staff member. Rooms can be a hike as well (since the property sprawls), but the rooms are decently appointed (typical budget hotel but comfortable).
Decent size room, wi-fi worked well. Bathroom is a bit small, but workable. Morning breakfast was decent, typical Marriott budget fare but really enjoyed the walnuts and chocolate (designed for oatmeal, but makes a good snack). Overall, will be back for the affordability.
Overall a pleasant stay! Complimentary waters would be great & more of a selection of breakfast would also be great although it is free. The fire pit is a must, but there are rats in the courtyard so be weary. Good location for going to wineries & the staff is very nice
This was an amazing place to stay! The rooms were spacious, the outdoor seating area was fantastic to sit and enjoy the view and weather.
Stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. Since we had never been to the area I just picked the easiest Marriott property we could find. I really can't say enough good about the place. They left a surprise bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely note for our anniversary in the room at check in which was such a welcome surprise after a long day of travel. Sure, there are much more expensive places and bougier options but this place was great for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic (much better than the run of the mill SpringHill Suites) the little quiches are fantastic and the egg and swiss english muffin sandwiches too. The outdoor spaces including the fire pit are a great place to relax and sip some of the days finds in the evening. It's located just minutes away from downtown Napa which opens all sorts of options for dinner. We were able to get from one end of the Valley back to our hotel in about 45 minutes (a lovely drive). Absolutely recommend.
Unfortunately the person we had to deal with at night was incredibly rude a hostile. While everyone else was ok, her treatment of us ruined the experience.
Very nice hotel in a quiet area close to Napa (10 min by car from the center).
Rooms are nice as the common area.
Breakfast quite good too!
Absolutely horrible stay. To start the rooms are not sound proof at all. The first night it sounded like people were breaking in. They eventually moved us on the second day but after having us wait around for a clean room. They eventually called when we went to move they had given it away, despite saying there were no early check ins the day before. Then we moved and we’re locked out of our room twice and when they cleaned they left zero clean towels. Overall horrific stay. Never come here!
We had a great time at this little hotel. It was small yet felt close enough to all the wineries. Scenic views as you drive through town! Breakfast buffet was good. Could have had better selections but overall it was impressive! Coffee could be stronger, but like I said great breakfast! And it’s free. Wish we had complimentary water like any other Marriott. Overall it was clean! It was a big room and the grounds were beautiful! Free parking was also a nice touch!
