Technicians were on time, respectful and efficiently worked to identify and repair sprinklers. Above all they were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of problem. They made recommendations for fixing and repairing leaks by checking water meter. I found them very reasonably priced and I highly recommend the Sprinkler Medics.

These guys are true professionals!   If you want things done the right way - just make Sprinkler Medic your first call and save yourself some pain.   The knowledge of their staff - combined with bringing a truck full of the right tooling - made sure that the job got done professionally and efficiently.
Although this was a repair at my home, I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years with my business, and I only wish that they could all be as professional as Sprinkler Medic.   The first technicians that came out were Jesus & Mason.   They were excellent in diagnosing my blocked drainage issues, and letting their office know what was needed for a permanent solution to my problem.   This was not an easy issue to diagnose.   They made sure to go the extra mile and check lines / drains that I didn't even know existed on the property!   They also came back out with the estimator to ensure everything they found would be resolved upon repair - the first time - and was included in the final price.
I really cannot say enough good things about this company.   I really mean it when I say "Save yourself the pain" of dealing with any other company and just make this your first call.   Thanks to everyone there, and especially to Jesus & Mason.

We had a payment dispute after having an inspection and due to Austin their manager I was able to regain much of my lost confidence by spending time reasoning with me. We came to an agreement and I would consider using them again thanks to a quality install job that they had done 4 yrs prior. Again, if you have any problems Austin is the man to call and have them fixed.

Leo Junior was on time and performed great work. He listened to my concern, repeated what I was asking for and clearly understood my need. He was productive, kind and communicated with a great disposition. Leo re-wired a zone that was not responding to my timer, and excavated a sprinkler engulfed in roots. He continued through steady rain and upon completion replaced poorly operating components of the zone that needed repair.
I commend Leo for great work, and by earning repeat business for future needs.

I've read the other reviews about the crazy driving, and just saw it today myself. Highway 80, eastbound, at around 4: 15 pm. He was swerving in and out of heavy traffic like he was the only one on the road. Then I saw the other bad reviews about their driving and had to let them know.
