9: 38 pm friday january 3rd came to pay my phone bill online says 10 plus i was just here a few weeks ago same time they was open two gentlemen working they took care of me i was in & out and was very helpful with my questions i’m so disappointed now hope my service don’t get cut due to lack of sprint being here till closing or someone slacking on kepping thee internet updated especially when damn near everybody & they kinfolk use thee INTERNET. WITH THIS BEING SAID AN UPDATE IS DEFINITELY NEEDED
Worst customer service ever. Got me enrolled and paid for a new line with a phone and when I enrolled they said phone is back ordered. They said it’ll arrive Tuesday and now when I came to the store the lady was so rude and says I can’t get it until January. And now I end up paying for the phone and the line without even using it. WOW.

They do not know who stands in line or not. You have people waiting for so long to speak to someone then of a person walks in they take that person. Wtf

I got very bad experience with Sprint at this location. They offered me free phones for my family, but actually Sprint charged me for those phones when I looked at bill.
Sprint cheated customer in such way. Shame on Sprint.
