Sprint Store / T-Mobile reviews
20The Service and people who work there are great! If you have any questions or problems with your phone, you can go there and they will help you solve it asap!
Love the help they give you. They help you with your needs in your device and also very good customer service.
Not very helpful in my humble opinion. Sprint advertised a deal saying they would repair screens on select phones, regardless of carrier.mine was a Galaxy S8 from T-mobile. However I was told I had to wait, which i did for 45 minutes, only to be told after three 45 minutes that the technician was at lunch and I should come back in one hour. I came back and waited for another 30 minutes only for the technician to tell me they could not repair mine because I removed the SIM. This was bait and switch. All Sprint wanted was for me to convert from my carrier to them.
All in all a bad experience and I will never visit this store or become a Sprint customer. Bad service and very unpleasant behavior.
None of the sprint staff have any customer service skills, they are completely unhelpful and unknowledgeable about sprint service. They are rude and unprofessional.
Sprint stores are usually about as painful as having your tooth drilled. Today, my experience was exactly the opposite. I had cracked my phone's screen, and took it in for a repair under the Sprint insurance plan. Mike, the tech guy helped me right away, and repaired the phone on the spot, in about 30 minutes. Mike was great, the repair was great, and the phone insurance was finally good for something - it only cost $29 for the whole thing.
Went to the Sprint Store for H & R Block's annual Sprint Event. Passing out coupons and flyers about our Refund Advanca promotion - you can get up to $3000 the same day you file your tax returns. It's a no fee, no interest loan based on your tax refund. Come on down to 1984 Mission or 2745 San Bruno Ave to apply for your refund advance.
Great service by Lauralee and Rob G. I really appreciate your help! You answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you very much!
I’ve been waiting for an hour now, I checked in at one of the iPads at the entrance and waiting for somebody to called me, I saw 3 walk ins being helped, I though they had an appointment, very disappointed when I realized ANY of the employees checked the queue for an hour. They didn’t even know the password to login in the iPad. Customer service is really bad in any of the stores that I have visited. At least they saved me 1,200 for a new iPhone.
Save yourself from a headache. Not helpful at all. The personnel don't know what they're doing. They're good at giving you all these "FREE" items that later show in your bill. They're always talking bad stuff about other locations when they can't even fix their own customer service. I don't know why they're even open for business. Never going back there.
My phone got trouble with the keyboard. Mr. Ray is very helpful. He takes care of my case in a short time and friendly. He is knowledgeable. I am appreciate his helping.
Terrible customer service they lie to you for commission and tell you things that are not true I will go to another carrier
Ordered new phone and they had ME spend over 12 hours troubleshooting it to no avail. In the end, they still can't solve the issue and their "solution" is to buy a new phone at a higher cost. Incredibly frustrating.
Horrible not recommended be careful and make sure do research before they offerd you promotion I walk in the store at the end of my lease I hade an I phone 6. I was told by a representative that I qualify for an offer " get the I phone 8 for 11.99 a month
"I thought not bad sure. The following mont I checked my statement and they were charging me 29.99 I called customer service and they said OH you didn't qualify for that promotion I returned the I phone 8 + $280 dollars. Back in November its January and I still paying for a phone line that I dont have or use. The Store manager refused to close my account I called customer service and they told to go back to the store and talk to the manager so be careful with Sprint en General
Service was TERRIBLE! Simply wanted a screen protector, asked questions about other products and everything was met with, “I guess” and an obvious lack of enthusiasm. Then when I asked if he could instal my screen protector (though normally I’m offered this), the agent literally said “I guess I could if you want me to. ” No thanks. Taking my money elsewhere.
My tablet and phone are from there $0 down and its like rent a center you can pay over time for phones et cetera plans are different but cool place
I give them four-star this time because they actually took care of me I've been with them 19 years.
Wriz and the rest of the folks there are extra friendly and professional! Highly recommend this location!
A turtle with a broken leg will be faster than any person in this store.
Service is really, really bad!
Obviously people don't like their cell phone providers, but these guys over at this store are rude, uniformed, and don't care what is documented on your account notes. Spend an hour on the phone with customer service, confirm they have notated your account properly, and go into the store and have them treat you like garbage.sounds about right.
This seems like a pointless review and I am probably just piling on, but had to write it.
Not helpful. I stop by 6.00pm. I am having problems with my phone. They said there is no tech to check up my phone. The store is not busy. They said the te tech is leaving soon. They said to come back tomorrow. 6 people working at the store. So unefficient. What kind of service is this?
