Sprouts Farmers Market, San Diego CA

Very clean. Pre made Sushi was dry and yucky. They refunded our money and we got a newly made one which was excellent. I'd shop there without question.

I agree with prior reviewers that it likely has declined. I am not a regular customer and won't be in the future either. I picked up an order and: 1) the scones were inedible but they insisted they were fresh. 2) I bought and paid for twice as many blueberries as I got when I picked up my order. 3) I paid for but didn't get the amount of deli salad I ordered. 4) The produce was depressing to look at. There were a few bright spots in some prepackaged items but that isn't what I really wanted.

Don’t come here if you need to grab something quick or want a seamless shopping trip. The produce section is rotten half the time and mediocre at best. The deli counter is slow and extremely unprofessional. They talk and complain a lot more than they work/help customers but I don’t blame them as it seems managers don’t help whatsoever… You can tell by how long the checkout lanes always are. The cashiers are always calling for help with no response or it’s very delayed (you’ll sometimes wait 15 minutes just to purchase one or two things during busy times). Sprouts management needs to do better. Seriously, it’s best to just go up the street to Albertsons.

Need more cashiers. Checkout lines are waaaayyyyyy long.only 2 open at noon on a Saturday. One line was back to the deli. Why cant other employees help? Lots of people working in other places of the store

I pre-ordered a Sprouts turkey that said 10-16lbs (average of 12). I didn't want one over 16 lbs so I thought this was the best bet. NOPE.

It was 9 pounds, which all the in-store (25% off) NON-pre-order turkeys were, except THOSE were priced per the actual pound versus the pre-order overcharge. We overpaid for a turkey that was supposed to be 10 pounds (minimum!) and they couldn't even reach that low standard.

10-16lb was already too large of a range, but to fall below even that range is unacceptable. I will never trust this store again.

Stopped in for a few quick last minute gifts. Didn't have any gift cards except for proprietary. They did have a small selection of greeting cards fortunately. The manager on duty was pretty cool.

Woman who works in the deli department is extremely rude. I put in an order for a sandwich and she gave me a hard time over condiments. Condiments! Either she was in a foul mood or she hates her job. Either way it was unacceptable customer service. There was no manager on duty to report the incident too.

I used to shop here twice a week. Wednesdays were always a day I would go as they had sushi specials.and that became "sushi night" at my home. The quality has declined a lot.they have better sushi at albertsons.and the price is better.

My favorite sprouts in the area, not the biggest store but always stocked up and usually not that crowded

Fresh vegetables, different variety of grains, tasty chocolates, easy to find but a bit expensive but totally worth spending to make good healthy meal.

Great produce at a low price. Most of their fruit and veggies are cheaper than Costco or regular grocery stores.

This is the closest store to where I live now, and I stopped by yesterday. In was impressed by the cleanliness, and the fully stocked shelves. Each store has a slightly different layout, but it didn't take long to find the things that I needed.

I was particularly impressed with the deli section, where the meats look very fresh. I bought some bacon jalapeno cheese burgers that appear to have just been made. The individual behind the counter was especially helpful and offered to make up any variety of burgers that I wanted. I could tell he you took pride in his product. He encouraged me to try them and then come back and tell me how well I like them.

I was really greeted warmly by so many members of the staff and this is so much nicer than the other branches that I have gone to.

To check out reception this was also very very nice and wanted to know how I like the store and encouraged me to come back. This is how customer service is supposed to be done.

Kudos to the manager and to all the personal involved. I'll take pleasure in coming back to this particular store over and over again. GREAT JOB!

I went in on March 1st for one thing. The market was clean, 1 was immediately approached, and asked if I needed help (I'm in a wheelchair), which I appreciated. Checkout was a breeze. Thank you Sprouts for having friendly staff & clean store!

Personally, I'm more of a fan of Trader Joes. Sprouts is too pricey. But I like the atmosphere and the workers are very friendly. Good customer service

So conscientious about covid safety, friendly and helpful staff despite the stress of working in grocery right now. The food is always fresh, good prices and excellent quality

They have a great selection of organic items. It’s no Walmart but it has pretty much everything you need for a weekly grocery shop. There is more focus on vegan and plant based items in terms of choices but I have no issues with that.

Just I have a suggestion,
They mixed two different kind and sizes of beans in the same container, different kind of beans need different cooking times
