Sprouts Farmers Market reviews
16Love this place! My only complaint is that they run out of pre-made salads and Suja juice a lot.
Good selection of produce, vitamin shopee, deli n other departments. Quite often, some mistake using the wrong code for produce at billing.
It is a very clean. The deli area has quality meats, & they even make sandwiches for you. Fruits and veggies galore, organic as well. Browse the market, as their is so much more, wines, bake goods, nuts, to name a few.
One checkstand was open while two other employees were "overseeing" the self checkout and just standing there gabbing while I'm struggling with the register. When I had to delete an item I was lectured on how to do it in the future. If I had wanted to be a checker I would have picked a different profession. They could have manned the regular checkstands and saved me the headache. Last time I go there. Only Trader Joes from now on.
Sprouts, is a nice, employee's are nice. Prices are on the high side but they have good stuff. I'd be going back.
The rudest Sprouts I’ve encountered. I frequent Sprouts from Carlsbad to Poway and employees are always pleasant. 2 different times Bad experience at Encinitas location with 3 different employees. I get shrimp and cheesy cauliflower rice which is Normally tagged after weighed, then the lid goes on. This time she weighed, then put the lid on THEN tagged so I literally paid an extra @. 60 cents for each lid! When I asked to speak to a manager, the csr acted totally put-out having to pick up that phone to call. Comical. The manager said that’s how they weigh and tag (hmmm… not before now) so she doesn’t know how to help me. It may seem petty, it’s about principal.
Their selection has decreased. 9 out of 10 times I visit, they’re out of something I need.
This location a bit too chaotic for me, something with the layout. The upside is they have self checkout, the Solana one doesn't. Although, I still prefer the Solana one.
Consistently fair and reasonable prices. A nice selection of organic produce! I appreciate the vegan dessert options as well as all of the frozen foods. Though less affordable, the prepared food section is robust and fresh. It’s a great place to grab some healthy pre-made lunches for the week!
I like this store but I had and bad experience last year in August. I spent more than 1 hour at the cashier to get the deal. I uploaded the sprouts app but it didn’t work. The person who was looking like a manager didn’t help and was like she doesn’t care. Even I asked her for help she didn’t even try to help. Her name was Sidonia.
Other employes tried to help me.
I normally love shopping in person at my Sprouts in Encinitas California. However today as I was building my cart to take advantage of the free delivery, I had 22 items in my cart, and had to step away. When I returned my card was no longer there! Now I have to start all over and probably will not get the free delivery today since it’s already 7: 30 PM Pacific time. I’ve had shoulder surgery so I’m not able to shop myself in person. I would suggest creating a way to save ones cart after all that work! Dee S, Encinitas
The vitamin sale is must every 3 months. 20% of all health and vitamin items, plus additional 10% over$100 spent which is pretty easy on vitamins.
They were iut of all the things I needed granted it was Easter Sunday but still, you'd think they'd be more prepared for such occasions!
Consistent, clean, great produce and good clerks.
I enjoy the depth of Sprouts inventory in grocery, produce, meats, and fish. I especially like the fish.
Some of the cashiers need to go back to math class because the last time I went there my total for my groceries was $5.31, so I give the cashier $11 dollars. But the cashier ask me why I gave $11 dollars and while try to explain to get $5.69 back in change, the cashier give my dollar back and took only the $10 dollars. So she came me $4.69 dollars back. Some of the cashiers are uneducated and don't know how they became cashiers!
