12Very good service very cool stuff four pallets 10 minutes out and they gave me paperwork less than 20 minutes keep it up
The pallets they use are always the wrong ones and make it really complicated by stacking pallets over loads
They had a nice clean bathroom and the staff is friendly enough but takes forever to check in and receive paperwork.
Too slow for a 1 paddle, it's been 5 hours, their blood circulates like gruel, avoid this installation, they are useless.
This place sucks I rather go to the Colton location, 2 hours to offload 16plts, going on 4hrs plus for paperwork. Don't come here stay away from this nightmare I rather give it no stars if possible
No overnight parking here.come here only at your appointment time.they open at 3: 00am to 2pm.
The most useless warehouse to unload trucks
The app was at 7am and it's 10: 55 am and I'm still in the warehouse, don't take charges to this warehouse, you don't pay detention
Sprouts hires 3rd party company's that are unprofessional. Cht transportation corp is contracted through Sprouts, Cht refuses to pay workers so that makes you have to go to workers compensation. Sprouts needs to do better with hiring 3rd party companies.
Don’t pickup their loads at any cost. My apt was 7am I try to check in 6am they told me to come back at 7am. Then I check in 7am they told me to wait, got dock 8: 15 and finally got empty at 12: 15 Total 5: 15hour to get empty from my appointment

When they first opened it was cool
Now it gets so packed it’s a mess just to get in when they open. Other than that the staff is cool unload takes anywhere from 2-5 hours.
They open before 4am.
You use your phone and then
You park at the entrance and at 4am you walk to door 1.
You check with the girl, they ask you if you are bringing Semi or Bobtail and she gives you the door.
The one who unloads you disconnects the red air line and starts unloading, just get ready for the green light, they won't call you and you'll go get your papers.
