Wonderful selection of health products and fresh produce, but Black shoppers be warned- leave your coffee in your car, lest you be accused at checkout *every* *single* *time* of stealing it

It has a lot of healthy options but very expensive and fruit wasn't great. Definitely a health food store

This is a great Sprouts! Was there a couple days ago and tried their Citrus Shrimp W/ Aguachile Quinoa. OMG! Delicious. Had half yesterday and the other half today. One of the best things I've eaten in my life! Other than that, the cashier was super nice. The cornbread is also delish!

We booked a Taste of the Turf, for my girlfriends birthday and it was great! We had a lovely server and bottomless Christmas, our brunch was delicious.

Dion at checkout was super friendly and even found a coupon in one of my reusable bags that she used for me. The produce and friendly staff at Sprouts make it a pleasure to shop there.

I mainly shop here but minus 3 stars for the NEW and not improved vegetable reorganization/display. It was an obnoxious move to trick you into not noticing that you’re buying non-organic vegetables and I don’t appreciate that deceitful, SLIMEY tactic. Separate the vegetables and fruit back to organics and non-organics or better yet stop selling pesticide laden produce. We don’t care about your cute new org boxes.

I shop here once a week for reference,

Smells repulsive in the bathrooms. I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. Must be a dead body rotting in their or store managers nose don't work.

Other then that, its a bit pricey for some groceries & theirs one item I like in the yogurt section that seems like its always gone.

Anyways, I'm leaving this review to hopefully make some small improvements to help the store out.

We ordered a sandwich from the deli, Anthony helped us. He was so sweet, I hope he gets special recognition for his service. He was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

My recent visit to Sprouts Farmers Market was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the specific reasons why I strongly discourage anyone from setting foot in this store. Prepare yourself for terrible smelling bathrooms, a rude store manager named John, and the frustrating absence of numbered aisles. Here's a detailed account of my horrendous experience:

1. Repugnant Bathrooms: The bathrooms at Sprouts Farmers Market were nothing short of a disgrace. The moment I stepped inside, an overpowering stench assaulted my senses. The lack of cleanliness was evident, with dirty floors, overflowing trash bins, and an overall neglected appearance. It was as if the store had completely forgotten the importance of basic hygiene and maintenance.

2. Rude Manager, John: In the midst of my dissatisfaction, I sought assistance from the store manager, John. To my dismay, his attitude and behavior were shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve the issues, he displayed an appalling level of rudeness. He brushed off my complaints and made it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was the last thing on his mind.

3. Lack of Numbered Aisles: Navigating through Sprouts Farmers Market was a frustrating ordeal due to the absence of numbered aisles. This oversight made it incredibly difficult to locate specific items, leading to wasted time and unnecessary frustration. It was evident that the store management had no regard for the convenience and ease of their customers' shopping experience.

These egregious shortcomings in the store's facilities and management left an indelible mark on my overall impression of Sprouts Farmers Market. The nauseating smell permeating the bathrooms, the disrespectful behavior of store manager John, and the lack of numbered aisles all contributed to an exceptionally unpleasant visit.

Considering the unsanitary conditions of the bathrooms, the unprofessional conduct of the store manager, and the absence of a basic organizational system, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Sprouts Farmers Market. Save yourself the anguish and explore other options that prioritize cleanliness, respectful customer service, and a well-structured shopping environment. Sprouts Farmers Market falls far short of even the most basic standards of a reputable establishment.

Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but cashier Robyn was NOT friendly at all. This is the second time I’ve experienced her. She didn’t even say hi. Barely made conversation with me and then had a complete attitude when I asked for bags. I’d rather shop at traders if this is the customer service at Sprouts

I really like Sprouts but this one has some of the rudest workers. The managers are nice but there are consistently rude workers. The one named Robyn E is ALWAYS super rude and very unhelpful. She seems like someone in charge but is soooo unhelpful! I wish the managers would put the nicer workers in charge.

This time they did not have everything on our list. Still a go to store if you are looking for vegan ingredients.

If waiting 30 plus minutes for a sandwich missing meat is your thing you will love the deli here

I live in Fullerton and can shop Sprouts at either Brea or Yorba Linda. I like the Sprouts in San Clemente. However, I shop Sunday mornings at 7 AM and am usually done around 7: 10-7: 15.
Normally the polite friendly lady with red hair checks me out. I spend usually between $45-$70, so I do not want self check and checks me out at the register. However, twice like today, there as a blonde older woman who does not want to check anyone out. She is on the clock, but does seems to think customers want to self check when they don't. I firmly told her that this was the second time I had issues with her not wanting to check me out.
Not a friendly situation - once I accept, twice is an attitude issue,

I had the worst experience at the Sprouts Deli counter this afternoon. The 2 ladies there were busy, assisting other customers. Anthony is standing around and doing nothing. After a few minutes of ignoring me, Anthony comes and asks this senior citizen if I need help. I give him my order for turkey and cheese. He then proceeds to make me wait and plays with some labels, walks around, talks with different people and, after a while, decides to leave the area altogether. When asked by a fellow worker, he replies that he's going to the restroom, all the while ignoring me, a senior female customer. In the meantime, one of the older ladies (she's very nice and has been around for awhile and drives an older model grey honda civic) frees up and asks me if I need help and I mention to her that Anthony purposedly refused to help me. As this very nice lady is helping me, Anthony returns and looks at me and takes his time chatting with a couple of people. Moral of the story: low lives like Anthony scare away customers like myself that spend over 80.00 when shopping at Sprouts. There are way too many stores nearby, with better service, products and prices for this senior citizen to return.
