The phone consulting from Spruce Medical Group Dr. Shawn Hamilton was timely, friendly, and prompt.

The guy did a good job asking questions and sending me information about my blood test and also scheduling the next phone appointment!

Kudos to my doctors office for their attentiveness to my needs. Due to the shut down things are different yet I’m thankful I’m able to text or email my medical needs as it arises, someone always get back to me within an hour or less

Now, this is an amazing doctor. I have had multiple doctors in the past but I would rate Dr. Hamilton on the top.

I came here as a new patient. The doctor let me take a long time to explain the issues I was there for. When I apologized for taking too long, she told me that that was no problem and I should continue. She was more than happy to explain everything about my conditions.

She prescribed medications that I needed and she added new medications.

She had her office staff call in my referrals to specialists and the insurance the very same day. Within 2 hours, I had 3 medications sent to the pharmacy, one referral through the insurance approved and another one pending.

I then called the specialist 's office and they made an appointment right away. I need to say here that I did not need to see the specialist for anything critical, but a routine evaluation.

Dr. Hamilton is so knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and bright. I would rate her with 5 stars, as well as her staff (as they were very accommodating and polite) and the office itself (which was very clean, freshly painted and modern.)

Overall, it was an extremely positive experience!

Receptionist was very sweet. I was having a rough morning, and she made me smile.

Dr. Hamilton was very caring and attentive to my sons issue. She was also sweet.

The PA was also very accommodating, and sensitive to my son's issue.

The appt waa very good and the PA waa pretty thorough. Helped me a lot. The front office didnt follow through with the paperwork for my blood test or bone density. That was the only problem but its nothing i cant correct. I really enjoyed the visit and am happy i changed my doctor to this practice.

Very respectful and kind doctor. Always making sure to explain what he is doing. Nice and conversational.

Dr Hamilton is very knowledgeable and a thorough professional. She asks relevant questions to arrive at a diagnosis and patiently answers queries. I found her to be courteous and pleasant. Her staff is efficient with appointment schedule, prescription orders, procedure authorizations etc. The office space is tidy and welcoming and I am very satisfied with Dr Hamilton as my primary care physician.

Worse doctor I have ever encountered. She’s rude, condescending. So unprofessional, inconsiderate, intolerant and No bedside manners. She definitely did NOT address my concerns little less listened to how I was physically and mentally feeling. I paid $60.00 just to have her tell me I was getting old. Oh and I see on-line that office has been permanently closed. Oh geeezes I wonder why?
