Spumoni holds an important place in my life. My wife and I have been going for every important milestone in our life since we've been dating. Now, married and with our first child, the food and service at Spumoni is every bit as high quality and incredible as the first time we set foot through their doors. The food is immaculate, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is second to none. You truly cannot have a bad experience here, and I would recommend this diamond of an eatery to anyone who enjoys good Italian cuisine.

Some of the best Italian food we have ever had. And the service made us feel right at home. We will absolutely be stopping in anytime we come to town.

First and foremost, I would like to begin this review by saying how impressed we were with the food, service was impeccable. It was the best Italian food we’ve yet to devour. Ambiance was perfect, string lights, soft tone with a touch of Italy. Vasek, was an absolute pleasure, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely first time experience. The evening was on par from the minute we stepped in. This is most definitely our place for future Italian dining. Thank you Spumoni for a truly wonderful experience Xo

This little gem is more than a dot on the map! The feeling you get when you walk in feels like your amongst close family and friends! The food we ordered started out as one order was brought out in seperate orders, and it’s those small gestures between owners and patrons that leaves such an impression, you know you will continue returning. The food felt authentic to its name. Thank you Vasek for a wonderful evening!

When you go to this restaurant you feel like you're coming into someone's kitchen and they're looking forward to treating you like family and giving you the best that they have.

Went in today for some chicken parm and garlic bread both were so good and the portions were awesome. Great service, was offered water while I waited for my takeout and the complimentary tiramisu - which was so tasty. Highly recommend.

Celebrated dad's birthday with family and close friends and the food and the customer service where top notch! Even got a little cake to celebrate!

The owner has such a beautiful soul!
We sat down and within 2 mins he was at our table giving recommendations and telling us and I quote “if you’re craving something and don’t see it on the menu tell me, will make it. You have a picture, show me will make it! ”

We travel quite often and his hospitality, kindness, and just all around ability to put a smile on our face with just how excited he got to recommend his food warmed our hearts and filled our belly’s.

If you’re ever lucky enough to sit down at one of his tables I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

What a delightful place. Spumoni is now my and my fiancé’s favorite Italian restaurant. The food is fresh and excellently prepared. The owner is also such a kind man and you can see how devoted he is to his restaurant by his smile and demeanor. Please give this place a try! It will be a fantastic experience.

Spumoni Restaurant is authentic! The atmosphere here is like visiting your grandparents' home, a nostalgia for a past era. Super family-oriented! The prices were very good and surprisingly two dinner plates, house bread appetizer, and house dessert were under $54.00, for a party of two! What a great place! The wonderful feature of Spumoni Restaurant is the staff and business owner. The employees here really make you feel comfortable and very important. If your plate isn't listed on the menu, the house chef can create your own personal inspired taste of Italy entrée. The dress code is great for families too! My sister and I dressed casually and we were treated with kindness! Credit card is accepted, but because it is a small business cash is always preferable so that the business doesn't get charged with a fee for using the credit card machine. The restaurant is small and only has one restroom for each gender Male/Female. Parking is free by the rear of the restaurant. On the weekend, after 5: 00 p.m, we parked in the Wells Fargo parking lot. Overall, I am very happy that my sister and I dined in at Spumoni Restaurant. We will be returning here to dine-in again.

If I could give 100 stars I would. This is the best food and service I have received in years. The pasta was as good or better than what I ate in Italy! I was dining alone and the gentleman helping me made me feel at right at home!

SPUMONI RESTAURANT is intimate, delicious, and family run. We have been dining here for years. It's like a special dinner at Nonna's, with no dishes to do. *

The owner and maitre d, Vasik, remembers regulars, down to details like: Who eats cooked carrots and who doesn't. Who's a vegan? Who needs gluten free? And what your guests ordered last time.

Meals are prepared southern Italian style. Their dishes are full-bodied, large, and delicious.

If possible, the chef will adjust his recipes to your dietary requirements.

A vegan, olive tapenade and warm cubes of "country bread" are served as an appetizer. Be careful, this delicious starter can be quite filling.

For dinner, my wife and I usually order the Italian salad and have it split. (On her half, shredded Parmesan cheese is sprinkled at the table.)

Her favorite is Chicken Parmesan. Mine is rigatoni pasta served in their rich, vegan, garlic, marinara sauce.

Often, I bring a vegan meat analog in a sealed package. Sometimes it's meatballs, and sometimes it's Italian sausage. The kitchen, using a separate pan, lightly fries the meatballs or sausage, with a selection of fresh vegetables.then smothers them in their elegant, delightfully garlic, marinara sauce.

For dessert, a free serving of a scrumptious tiramisu. According to my wife, it's surprisingly light and wonderful. No vegan dessert is offered.

Everything is wheelchair accessible. Free parking behind the restaurant is easily accessible through their rear entrance. Metered parking is usually available on Ventura Boulevard.
