Ordered before no problem. Decided to order again, and have been waiting for these taillights to ship for almost 230 days! No ETA on shipping when you call and these clowns are still taking orders from their vendors.get your priorities straight smh

Unfortunately you can't pick up your orders here or get replacement parts it's just a shipping hub

Less than 6 months and the LED failed. Contacted tech support and said I had no warranty. November 2022 when I purchased. New in box

This product is terrible. Bad wires leaking water. I have returned my headlights. I purchased them and car ID and sent them back to the manufacture Spider auto it is now been two weeks since I returned them and have not received a refund or replacement.

Awful company to deal with. Been waiting for taillights for over a year keep calling every couple months to check status of these taillights and keep hearing they are coming, keep checking, a few more months ect ect last phone call I was rudely told they aren’t ever coming and I should have known better seeing as how they haven’t been available for over a year. What a waste of time this company is. And the worst part is this particular part number is still listed on at least 10 different websites saying it’s in stock and available to ship which is obviously a lie. Very dishonest business and obviously wasting peoples time is no problem for them. Do not recommend this place
