Heartfulness meditation center is a great place to learn heart based meditation. Meditating with other 150 people together every Sunday morning is a beautiful experience! It’s open to anyone who seeks to learn to meditate, without any charge. The center is not affiliated with any religious practice. I love this place. They also offers free yoga class on Sunday mornings at 8 am. The whole organization is run by generous volunteers. Such a Heartful place to be! The vibration of the place speaks for itself. Wonderful group. Highly recommended to everyone.
