I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS! These guys are the absolute best repair shop in Bakersfield! We have used their service on our volkswagon beetle for over 2 yrs now and won't trust anyone else with our car! They aren't like other mechanics who give you a long list of things that are wrong that you really don't need done yet to gouge you for money, they tell you only what's truly wrong and the prices for parts and labor could not be any more better or more fair! Trust me when I say take your car to these guys, you will be glad you did!

Great experience! Work was completed on time and final price was not only reasonable but matched the price quoted. Automatic window motor was fixed and motor mount for the engine was replaced. Knowledgeable mechanics, honest business. Couldn't ask for more

Came to pick it up after having a part replaced up under the hood.and my mirror was hanging and visor was broke check engine light was on and wasn’t on when I took it down there and sounds rough

Went in about a month ago and was so satisfied first off with their customer service. And ofcourse with the service i went in for. They get the job done, they are very reliable, and id recommend them to everyone. 5stars. If i could give more stars i would.

Good, honest, quality work. Prices are honest and reasonable. Other shops charge two to three times as much for half the quality - I know I've had to deal with some short-cut taking mechanic shops. I would trust other family members' cars to this shop. Can't say that honestly about too many places these days.

I took my older carbureted car to them just recently to have the timing checked and set, they did everything very quickly and everyone was friendly and very helpful, I am very satisfied with the work and the price

My van had a mysterious leak.they figured out the problem.ordered the.part.and.installed it. These guys know what they're doing.

Super Great work! I had taken the car previously to G&G Auto Repair, where I totally wasted thousands of $$$$ dollars! My engine light was coming on.and G&G just kept suggesting more and more repairs, finally suggesting a complete valve job. I had it towed to S&S, where they said with the high mileage (almost 300,000) already on the car, a valve job would NOT be recommended! It would likely cause issues to arise in other areas of the engine that old. S&S suggested replacing the engine. I WISH I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT MY CAR TO S&S FIRST! I wasted time and money at G&G. I went from 300,000 to 90,000 miles on my Toyota. THANK YOU S&S! My car passed smog without any issues, and runs great.
