I had an accident where the front suspension components were bent and damaged, I had a lot of back and forth, time consuming, frustrating trouble with the first body shop I had it taken to. I decided to take my vehicle to SSR Autobody and everything went amazing! Not only were they able to fix everything in just a matter of weeks, they were able to complete the repair prior than the expected completion date, right before my birthday. The communication with Leslee and Richard was spot on and amazing, very thorough and friendly staff. SSR Autobody was able to get my suspension back to feeling brand new and my alignment specs spot on again. I will continue to recommend others to SSR Autobody with any accidents you may have. No matter what car you may have involved in an accident, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here they will make sure to get you right.

Since 2020, my experiences with both SSR Autobody & Performance for my BMW e92 M3; continues to be overall very favorable for both service offerings.

The team at SSR Autobody is by far the most caring and educated body shop staff I have ever dealt with! I brought my brand new BMW X7 in for a minor front end repair. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to go through insurance or pay out of pocket. Richard and Shah gave me a great walk through of the pros and cons of going one way or the other and ultimately I was able to pick the correct option for my situation. They kept me updated throughout the process of my vehicle being at their shop, so I was always in the know of what was going on.

I've never been in a car accident and SSR Autobody helped me step by step. I have a 2007 Honda S2000 and they care about my car like it was their own, they even put in gas when I dropped my car off empty because I was in a rush! If you are looking for a professional honest group of car enthusiasts, this is your place! I couldn't be more happier with their service, they really will take care of you and your car!

So happy to see Shah and he's team continue to grow. I've been taking my BMW 335i to SSR for years and now my 911. Their customer service and quality of work is top notch. When I hit some debris on the freeway in my 335i and found out they had expanded with body shop services I knew exactly where I was taking my car to get repaired.

SSR gives unmatched service! Jack was very responsive and flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up the car.

We have a 2018 Subaru Impreza. It had a deep scratch and dent from the back quarter panel to the driver side mirror. They were able to have my car repaired and painted within a week.

The time didn't seem to be an issue, the car looks perfect and like the day we bought it. I highly recommend this shop. There's a reason these guys have 5 stars here and on their performance page:)

SSR Autobody was the only shop I could trust with my Aston Martin DB11. They specialize in rare and exotic cars, but they obviously treat every vehicle with detail and care. They also worked extremely diligently for months with insurance and the manufacturers to get the required high quality parts. They kept my car under tender and ran it every week to keep the fluids running properly. They truly understand how to care for difficult vehicles.

The end results were stunning and simply incredible, the car looks brand new. The paint match (extremely difficult) and fit of the parts looks perfectly stock.

The reason why SSR Autobody will be the biggest shop in Orange County is solely due to their customer service. Body shops aren’t set up for educating the customer, giving them constant updates, and working in the customer’s best interest. Jack, Chris, and Shah stop at nothing to make sure that all of the boxes are checked. My time at their shop is proof that they know how to run a body shop.

I brought in my G Wagon after a drunk driver rear ended me. SSR Autobody helped me get into a rental car, find an injury attorney, and fix my car. Jack kept me updated every step of the way and Chris answered all of my questions. I hope to never get into another accident again but if I do, I know where to go! Thanks so much!

Several weeks ago I had my car broken into and vandalized. It was my first time being in a situation like that and I really had no idea what I was supposed to do. Thanks to SSR, I had no reason to worry. Jack answered all of my questions about insurance, repairs, you name it. I didn’t have rental coverage on my policy and SSR offered to pay for half of the bill! This was huge because I commute to work every day. I learned so much about how to talk to and handle insurance companies. Within 2 weeks they handed me back my baby with no trace of the damages that had occurred. A+ job! ️

There’s so many reasons why this is the best body shop in Orange County. Customer service is their best quality. I can get updates on the progress of the repairs whenever I want. Unlike most body shops, there isn’t a phone number you can call from 9-5 and that it. Jack and Chris are available 24 hours a day and are always willing to give you time. Over the course of my time spent as an SSR Autobody customer I felt nothing but appreciated. Jack and Chris constantly made me feel like my car was the only car at their shop. I spoke with either Jack or Chris almost every single day my car was in the shop. They could have easily not picked up and ignored me but instead they decided to make me feel special. SSR Autobody is the only shop I would ever recommend!

I was referred to SSR Autobody by one of my friends from college. He had really good things to say about them and highly recommended their services so I thought I should give them a try. Boy! Was he spot on. You would never think that your crashed car would end up leaving a body shop better than it was before the crash! My bmw was not only restored to pre-collision condition but improved on from their. I gave SSR a laundry list of noises, issues, problems I was having with my car. They told me they would fix all of them and they did. I’m truly speechless when it comes to describing my love for my new favorite shop.

I spent a week at another body shop (who’s name will not be mentioned) before moving my car over to SSR. Within minutes I understood the vast difference between a normal body shop, and SSR. My car was a definite total loss but the initial shop never picked up the phone, never responded to my messages, and eventually required me to come in in order to get my car back. SSR was communicative, succinct and most importantly, working in my best interest. For all future accidents I’ll be going to SSR Autobody.

I had only been in California for two weeks and someone backed into my car from a half block away. SSR was recommended to me by someone I followed on Instagram. Why not right? Everyone there is beyond professional, they took great care with my baby and got her even better than before. Quality paint and body work, always there to answer my questions, and their facility is fantastic. I will forever take my car to them for everything.

This review is long overdue! From the moment my car got damaged Jack and Chris have given me A+ customer service. Each step of the repair process they handled for me. I have only praise to give for the way they run their business. Exceptional care and quality. The only collision shop I’ll be going to from now on.

After dropping off my car at SSR I knew I wouldn’t see it for more than a month. The damages were really bad and knew it would be a long process. Not only were all the damages repairable but the work was completed in the half the time Jack and Chris initially quoted me at. I’m extremely satisfied with the way my car looks and drives.

Theres too many good things to say about the work that SSR does. They give all of their cars so much care. My 4 series was no exception. I tried detailing the scratches on my left door but when I went to them they told me I would have to get a full repaint. I said that a paint job would be out of my budget. Instead of telling me to leave they worked with me to make sure I could afford the cost. My car looks brand new now!

Huge shoutout to my boys over at SSR! They treated me like I was their most important customer throughout the repair process. Even though I had a million questions and concerns Jack made me feel confident in my body shop selection. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They have a full staff of automotive technicians that specialize in German vehicles. Despite this, they did a phenomenal job on my Lexus.
