Can't say enough about this place. Not only did they do excellent work on my BMW which effectively made my M550 nearly as fast as an M5 for just a couple grand, but specifically the GM Mark has been exceptional throughout the process. He has graciously answered my questions promptly and elaborately every single time. They were even recommended to me by my BMW dealer, which again proves how awesome they are. Highly recommend to come here when you want quality work at a reasonable price! I certainly will be back, as well

I was referred to SSR by a friend after receiving damage on my front bumper and headlight from flying road debris. I was already familiar with the company’s great reputation of doing quality work so I knew what to expect if I worked with them. Richard was assigned to me and handled my case like a true professional, he absolutely went above and beyond for me in every category. He dealt with the insurance companies to make sure nothing comes out of my pocket and for them to cover additional things without raising my insurance. He sent me daily updates about what was being done to my vehicle along with videos with detailed descriptions on how they were doing it. On top of the top tier customer service and care provided they absolutely came through on the body work of my car as it looked brand new and was done by the deadline he promised. Richard and SSR have earned my business for life and I will be referring all my friends and family to work with him as I was just amazed by the whole process. The first time I rolled into SSR Performance, it was to get a killer Fi exhaust installed on my M4. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer! They worked their magic, just like in the previous reviews, and the job was done perfectly and in record time. The moment I fired up my car and heard that beastly roar, I knew I had made the right choice.

Here's the icing on the cake. Living an hour and a half away, I was worried about how I'd manage to get my stock exhaust back home. But guess what? Mark and Rod, being the stars they are, arranged for the delivery of my stock exhaust right to my doorstep. These guys go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

My second visit to SSR Performance was equally incredible. I decided to treat my M4 to some extra upgrades, including performance mods, sleek side skirts, and paddle shifters. And boy, oh boy, did they work their magic again! My M4 now handles like a dream and looks like it's straight out of a car enthusiast's fantasy.

But here's where SSR Performance proved themselves as true experts. Just like the previous review, I asked them to check out my carbon fiber rear diffuser, which was previously installed by a local shop. Those guys didn't do a proper job, and I was frustrated. But Mark assured me they'd fix it, and they sure did. Taking the bumper off and installing it right, the fitment is now perfect. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile to make sure my M4 looks and performs at its best.

From an oil change and spark plugs to a fully custom 1000hp fire breathing 720s they can not only do everything but beat the standard with their exception focus on attention to detail.
The staff is always on top of things and I was updated throughout the entire process, never had a loss in communication.

This is THE SHOP. I have been to majority of the shops in OC/LA area and I have never left there fully satisfied. It’s always some excuse everytime you go pick up your car. SSR Performance however is far from that. They offered me the best service at the most competitive prices. They run a very professional operation. Communication is the biggest thing with them and they will keep you in the loop about everything. You’re never gonna walk in this place expecting the unexpected. If you love your car, and need only the best people working on it, SSR Performance is the only shop for you.

Brought my Tesla Y in for a wheel repair after it had some heavy damage. Got set up easily, brought it in, the repairs were done sooner than expected and everything looked perfect. Ontop of that, the whole team there is really awesome! Great experience, will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

SSR Performance is hands down the best performance shop I have been to. I have taken my BMW M340i to them twice and will continue to do so, as well as take all my future cars there.

Mark, Rod & the SSR team give an experience that is unlike any other. They give consistent updates about your car, a great breakdown of everything, extremely fair pricing and most importantly the quality of work is unmatched.

I originally took my car in to have a Valvetronic Designs exhaust installed and the job was done absolutely perfect & quickly. I live about an hour and a half away and was going to have difficulty getting my stock exhaust back home. Mark & Rod went above and beyond to source delivery of my exhaust to my house.

The second time around, I had some performance mods, side skirts & paddle shifters installed and they did an absolutely terrific job.

While my car was there the second time, I also asked them to check out my carbon fiber rear diffuser as a local shop in my town originally installed it and they did not do a proper job. The shop local to me blamed it on the fitment of the diffuser itself. When i told Mark this, he said they should have taken the bumper off to have it installed properly. The SSR team did just that and the fitment of my diffuser is now perfect. Mark and the team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was terrific and have my car look & perform great.

I really was pleased with all the work SSR did. I had taken my car to another place after it was involved in an accident and i had to literally pull it out from where it was and had it towed over to SSR. Very professional and always informant to all the status it needed. The Guy who help me was "Rod" and he was on top of everything including insurance. Rod always texted me back and let me know in detail everything that needed to be done. I am pleased with the care they did to my M5 BMW. THANK YOU ROD AND STAFF.
