We had the most amazing weekend at Triple S Ranch for our wedding. We chose the property because we wanted to have a place to gather for the full weekend that ideally also had an after-hours option. We couldn't have been happier with the venue and our guests had an amazing time!

What a beautiful place to host your weekend retreat style wedding. We recently had the pleasure of planning a wedding at Triple S Ranch and loved our time there. Our couple had the amazing experience of having their guests stay on property for the weekend, allowing them to host pre-ceremony day cultural celebrations, enjoy their family and friends all weekend, wake up in the space and not have to rush or cart all their decor and items around the morning of their celebration, and get to relax and ease into all the fun and excitement to come on their wedding day. As a wedding planner I suggest this flow of events to all our couples who can make it happen. It is truly a lovely experience when you have the weekend to settle in and enjoy your guests. Not to mention the beautiful settings the venue has to offer, expansive limbs from their oak tree, rustic tables and barn event spaces, wood fired pizza oven and the cutest cabins and houses to stay in. We are so excited to continue to plan celebrations at this venue. What a gem!

Triple S provides the canvass, you provide the art at this one-of-a-kind venue in the hills above the valley. If you know what you like, can supply a dash of creativity, and have many, many hours to plan a thorough event, you should consider Triple S. You’ll need to hire a good planner, which we did (shoutout to Christa and Lauren at Sydney Camille Events), but with the real opportunity to create your days from scratch, there are really no alternatives.

My wife and I were married here in August, and chose to add an extra day to our package, which was the right move considering our travels along with many of our guests from different parts of the country. Take a look and you won’t be disappointed.

I am a wedding photographer and have shot all over + up and down California for the last 10 years, and believe me when I say there is no venue as incredible as SSS Ranch. I photographed one of my favorite couples there, and instead of having a traditional wedding, they had a wedding WEEKEND on the SSS property. The property lends itself to a fully customizable experience, with LOTS of variety within the property to do a plethora of different activities, and my clients LOVED every minute of their time on the property, and it was PHENOMENAL to capture. Truly a photographer's PLUS wedding couples paradise and I highly recommend hosting your special day here.

My team and I filmed a gorgeous wedding at SSS Ranch and we absolutely loved our experience there as a vendor team. There were so many great spots for first looks, bridal party footage, and sunset portraits. We enjoyed the vendors we worked with throughout the entire day and the natural beauty this venue provided during this unforgettable occasion. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end and we would be so very excited to film any event at this amazing venue again in the future!

SSS Ranch Napa was the PERFECT location for our 2 day executive retreat! They were so accommodating and flexible with the multiple changes I presented throughout the process. We will 100% be using them for future vents and can't wait to come back!

This place is gorgeous. My wife and I got married here last Oct and it was truly special. There certainly is some sticker shock on their price but when you break it down and compare it to other venues, it looks more reasonable. The venue is very well set up for 150+ person weddings. Ours was only about 100 and it felt uniquely intimate.

Wine country has a wide range of vendors available and the site is generally pretty flexible on letting you work with various vendors.

Highly recommend this spot.

My wife and I had an Indian Wedding at Triple S Ranch in May 2021, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We booked the venue in 2020 right as lockdowns started, and, every step of the way Triple S was willing to work with us to adjust the scope and navigate around the restrictions in place. While their communication was slow at times, the venue was willing to postpone deadlines, adjust prices, and trust us to host a responsible event with a smaller group of guests. With multiple morning and evening events, it was important to us to have a venue that we could reserve for multiple days and that had accommodations on site or nearby. Triple S was perfect for us. It was a luxury to be able to have all 20+ acres to ourselves for the weekend (especially to spread out outside) and to be able to gift our friends and family their own private cabins for the weekend. In my opinion, I think they definitely have seen and worked through some of the past negative issues and feedback they've received. We had a full-service wedding planner that helped interface with their team as well-something I would definitely recommend. As for the venue itself-all the construction was cleaned up and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful. We had only visited the venue during the winter and the off-season, so we were very pleasantly surprised to see everything in full bloom for our special weekend. I would definitely recommend Triple S to anyone and everyone. Another plus was their willingness to work with a wide variety of vendors and BYO catering. We had an Indian caterer for the whole weekend, and they especially loved the commercial kitchen onsite. Other venues had tons of rules and red tape, that we just weren't ready to compromise for. Again, every step of the way we felt like they were flexible as we both worked through constantly changing regulations. A few minor pieces of feedback were that 1) the hottub could have been hotter, 2) some of the lofted bedrooms got quite stuffy and hot (90+ degree weekend), and 3) the golf cart broke down right after we checked in. But really, these are very minor in the grand scheme of things. Our parents, friends and family raved about the venue and were very happy, and that's all that really matters. We've already discussed renting the ranch out again for future anniversaries!

My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience getting married at the ranch. We initially struggled during our wedding venue hunt as we found that many places in the SF bay area and surrounding vicinity were overpriced, stuffy, and with contracts full of regulations and additional costs. It was so refreshing when we visited triple S ranch and met Derek and Christine who were so friendly and down to earth. Triple S ranch offered us a perfect canvas to design a personalized wedding while providing lodging for our close friends and family. It did not disappoint! We had the wedding of our dreams in this idyllic venue. The facilities were spectacular, the staff was professional and so friendly, the surrounding nature and beauty inspiring. It was a dream to have gotten married under their breathtaking 200 year old walnut tree. It was incredibly convenient to have most guests on site and definitely optimized the amount of fun we had during the wedding weekend. The hot tub was a hit with all guests. The barn was a perfect venue for an epic dance party and we were huge fans of the option to extend our dance party up until midnight in the underground speakeasy (an option not available in most wedding venues in the area). We would not change a thing and feel so lucky we were able to celebrate the most memorable weekend of our lives in such a perfect location. Cant wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries!

We had a small family reunion/memorial at Triple S Ranch. The setting was perfect - beautiful, serene, and country chic. The large tree provided shade and beauty for our impromptu, intimate service. I love that they have the option for lodging for guests - so convenient.

Awful experience with this venue. We were forced to cancel our dream wedding due to the COVID-19 pandemic and they refused to return our $20,000 deposit. Ruined what was supposed to be an amazing day and even after months of back and forth about this they refused to return a penny. We were forced to have an online ceremony at home instead. Everyone we’ve spoken to about this told us they are well known in the area for being scam artists. I’m leaving this review in hopes that they don’t trick anyone else into trusting them with the most important day of their lives.

Our wedding party enjoyed the weekend living on the property and none of us ever wanted to leave.magical!

We hosted a holiday fundraiser party here and it was absolutely magical. The space offers character while still allowing you to add your own touch. Love the downstairs bar space as a little hideaway. Rooms were lovely, spacious and cozy. Lots of parking for guests. Owners are so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing hot tub with beautiful view overlooking mountains. Very unique rustic feel to the cabins. Would definitely recommend for a wedding or any event.

Derek and his team are helpful, kind and have a great property! An ideal space for groups that want to be together for the entire weekend and have the celebrations continue! They also have a large amount of furniture on property to use, which is great!

We got married at SSS ranch and it was a truly magical experience. The grounds are incredible, the environment serene. The pool and houses scattered around were insanely cool and cute. They have this enormous tree that was the backdrop of our ceremony and it really needed no dressing- it was naturally stunning. Can't say enough good things.

We were so fortunate to find SSS Ranch for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. Their priority was to have a celebration in a setting where their guests would be comfortable and surrounded by beauty, and the Ranch delivered that and more! The property is a gorgeous natural setting with rolling hills, trees and spectacular natural light, and the buildings, all of which were available for the wedding weekend, have been renovated beautifully. For our daughter, this allowed a awe inspiring yet comfortable weekend of wedding festivities with family and friends but we could clearly see how this property could host the most lavish of weddings as well. Derek has done an amazing job of renovating all the buildings, from the Victorian house, to the barn and wine bar, and all the varied “cabins” into a first class event venue. It’s a labor of love which the owner continues to find new ways to enhance and we have enjoyed following the changes since D&J’s wedding. Highly recommend for anyone looking to create a personalized celebration weekend in a stunning setting!
