St. Anthony Medical Centers

Needing a vaccine that is limited in availability I found this clinic. Parking lot next to the building and easy access. Back for second dose this week and having the few minutes of waiting in the lobby I observed care and compassion with those patients interacting with the staff. I had such a professional, Jose, who clearly was well trained in vaccine administration. Easy, quick, professional. Thank you Staff at St Anthony.

Jose was very professional in the administration of my vaccine. Very pleasant and informative about the after care involved. He was nurturing and answered all my questions.

This is a good medical center. The service is awesome, all the nurses and doctors are helpful, specially Jose is a great person who always help us. I do recommend it for everyone

Not one to leave negative reviews but what happened today wasted my time and left a bad taste in my mouth:

1. I arrive to find my appointment has been rescheduled. A text was sent to my phone which I never received. I did receive two text messages in error about a referral and a “missed appointment” on a day I didn’t schedule. I learn the doctor is on vacation (respect, PTO must be taken). I confirm they have my correct phone number. I’m supposed to come back in a couple weeks. Ok, no problem. However, consider the following.

2. I ask the front desk attendant more questions and she notices something on her screen that makes her say, “Oh you have X insurance. We don’t accept X insurance anymore. ” Now I’m thankful I stayed to check why I didn’t receive the text because I may have come back and still been turned away. No phone call ever came through either. I ask her to be sure to cancel the appointment.

Overall I’d say the staff is decent but could provide more consistent courtesy. I’m not sure what else is going on in the office, or why their system missed sending me notifications multiple times, but there’s this looming lack of professionalism. Maybe more clerical errors than average.

The doctor I saw was respectful and attentive on my first check-in several months ago at least. Yet I never received an email from their system to view some results online. I asked a staff member over the phone about it and they had no idea how it works or how to send another notification. I confirmed my email address and still got nothing.

I think everyone has some bad days, live and let learn. This seemed like a pattern I’ll be happy to step away from but I hope doesn’t become persistent for others.

My mom always comes here and she likes it but last time i went with her i didnt like the front receptionist believe her name is crystal she gives you an attitude everytime a pt would ask questions and i heard talk about patients out loud

I came in on May 11th and my mother came in on the 13th, we both had a great experience, I was attended by Yessenia (I believe that was her name) and my mother was attended by Jose. They gave us all the information we needed and made sure we felt comfortable and safe.

I love this place it’s a one stop shop dentist therapist and great hospitality been here for years I plan on staying me and my kids couldn’t be happier

Fast and very attentive. Overall they provided great service when it come to administering the vaccine.

José gave me both doses for my COVID-19 vaccine and both times he was very friendly and made me feel at ease which is a big thing for me since I am terrified of needles. He has a very light hand and didn’t feel a thing! Was very knowledgeable and I formed me of everything I needed to know. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and worked very fast.

Came in for the covid vaccine, was pretty quick no wait time and no hassle. The medical staff tech named Jose administered the shot kudos for not making it painful or awkward lol his patient caring skills were impeccable from giving me the step by step and in full details about the vaccine i was receiving as well what to expect in the following days. We need more people like Jose! Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my second Madorna vaccination at St Anthony Medical Center. I was in and out in a timely manner. Jose who administered the vaccine was very professional and helpful.

They were really kind, friendly, patient and caring. I was really nervous in getting my vaccine but they made me feel at home and safe. He was able to create small talk and the process was easy and fast. I would recommend this to everyone. I will be back with my dad to get his vaccine. Overall a good place. I came here earlier than my appointment but they didn’t question it. They helped me right away.

Fast and easy. I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early and they still took me in. And I was out in less than 15 min, great first time experience.

This office treats their patients so calm and nicely. Just received my second COVID-19 vaccine here which was such a breeze to get the first and second time. The office is professional and very clean! A+ from me!
