I been dealing with mental illness for a while and i gave a hard time to the staff on some breakdowns, "I apologize i wasnt on my medication", they have an amazing staff that work hard to nurture all those that are in a rough patch, in general all they do is a big help to everyone that walk in for their assistance.

What everyone is saying about the staff is still 100% true. They're a bunch of wx cons who decided to treat people the way the CO's treated them in prison. Totally disrespectful, rude and definitely violent if they think they can get away with it. I saw one of them punch an old man in the face for asking where the end of the line was. Seriously. Those dudes are worse than cops. WAY worse.
