I like the reader today it's most pronounced on how he speaks I can hear it not like on Sunday where the word of God is mumbled even the priest is soft spoken. Ladies and Gentlemen this is the word of God and needs to be heard!

St Clare is very lively serving the West Park area! Picturesque for weddings (and also a very good price). Pastor George has many relics pass through here.

As it is w any Church shopping, I always recommend:
Attend the mass
Read the bulletin to see the ministry activities

We’re not solely committed to one parish ourselves as nothing has young adult/ young families ministry these days. We’ve explored SS Peter & Paul, St Rose, and St Ignatius in Sac.

You really feel the Holt Spirit working at St Clare’s. Not just by the wonderful clergy but also by the wonderful community.

They really go the extra-mile to ensure all are included. May God Bless St Clare’s and all the Catholic Churches.

In a time when our “religion/faith” is in question and angst by many, it’s nice to know that there is a church that truly embraces the “goodness” of the Lord.

My family moved to Roseville from South San Francisco in 2015 and we are regular church goers at St Clare. People, young and the young-at-heart, gather there to celebrate The Eucharist daily, not just on weekends.

A special Novena Mass for Our Lady of Perpetual Help is celebrated in the evening of every first Wednesday of each month where special prayers to Our Lady are said for the family and the community, especially the sick, the dying, the elderly, and the unborn. My family attends this Mass because we do pray for those who cannot pray for themselves.

The vibrance of this diverse Catholic community is manifested in the variety of ministries in this parish: Knights of Columbus, Social Concerns, Respect Life, Music Ministry, Italian Catholic Federation, Spanish Ministry, Filipino Ministry, Altar Servers, Ushers, etc. This is laity power and you can join any ministry where you are called to serve! My family serves in the Music Ministry and two of my daughters serve at the altar as well. Ministries make the church move and engaged in the community. Fr George, the Pastor of this 2000-family-strong parish, gets his much needed help from the laity.

Holy Relics are often exhibited on days leading up to and trailing All Saints Day. Relics show that saints were real people who devoted their lives to God and His Church. The most intense one is the relic of The Holy Cross. That got me kneeling before it since I first saw it. Fr George will take you around the exhibit to talk about the relics, too! The "tour" is immersive and it takes you back to Church history. Some Holy Relics are also displayed on specific Church days, like the feast days of saints.

Child Faith Formation moved from classroom-based to parental instruction last year, with the Director of Faith Formation meeting the families once a month. This is not just a great way to teach my children the Catholic faith, but it is also a great way to catechize myself. This is empowering.

Vacation Bible School is the much anticipated event for kids during the summer days! My kids learn more about the Catholic faith as they have fun under the sun with kids their age. Last year, a couple of my kids moved up to be crew members. There is a new VBS theme every year and the songs are always catchy that we play them in the car.

Church office staff personnel are courteous, professional, and always there ready to help you when the office is open. Office is closed on Wednesdays and public holidays. Have fallen out of faith and have questions on how to come back home to the church? Have a question about receiving a sacrament - baptism, confession, communion, confirmation, marriage, priesthood/diaconate, or anointing of the sick? Want to join a ministry? Want to sign up you child for faith formation? They have the answer!

St Clare is our pitstop for a healthy and spiritually fulfilling Catholic life. Start here.
