St. Francis Yacht Club reviews
15After a long journey at sea this is a great spot to take it easy. Super friendly staff Great wine list, honestly the steak`was not the best but so what! The ambience and company make it 5/5!
First time in 22 years I’m back. Had a wonderful dinner on the 2nd floor. Rebecca the bar tender prepared us drinks while we waited for our table. We had a guest with us and she is a junior member and my host is a 30 year member. Loved it and the views and weather was perfect for an October night
Best Yacht Club in USA, with a nod to NYYC. Best views to crack open a bottle of bubbles and watch the sunset past Golden Gate Bridge.
Not the first time at St Francis Yacht Club, but the friendliest. Greeted at the door by Noel Omila, who was very accomodating, and helped us with a guest pass for dinner. Service was excellent throughout dinner.
Tried multiple bars. Not a juicy lime in the whole place. The “to-go” food program is wasteful and really disrespectful to the ingredients.
Treated to lunch on the deck by a friend. Great view of the sailboats on the bay. I had a bowl of clam chowder - very good but not up to the ones I'm used to from Boston and the East coast. Easy to park. Members only - well worth the visit.
For great sunsets and distant views of the Golden Gate go here! There was also public washrooms.
The grill part of the restaurant isn't open (lack of waitstaff?), but you can order to go and eat in the grill area.
Tolle Aussicht über Bucht von San Francisco und kostenloses Parken für den ganzen Tag möglich.
Cool club. Can't go in unless you're someone. They host magnificent sailing regattas
Great food. Excellent service. Beautiful views.and wonderful Civic minded company. What's not to love?
Baby beach to the left of the building before Crissy Field with benches that face right towards GG Bridge.
Great place that promotes youth sailing, holds hundreds of races a year, and gives back to the community. Right now there are hundreds of new bikes filling the hallways of the club, destined to go to disadvantaged kids at Christmas. With a membership trending younger, there's a lot of new blood here these days.
Loved the food and enviroment. Great taste and great size portions. The servers go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable
Supper friendly members and staff.
Very windy venue to sail with strong current.
The biggest plus is fans get to watch the sailboat racing up close. As when the wind and the current are running in the same direction the sailboats will come within 50 feet of the yacth club to get out of the strongest current.
Very, very exciting for the fans on shore!
