I went in there because I broke my foot and had a seizure and they didn’t do anything for me except put me in a corner. There’s gonna be the worst hospital my big toe on my right foot that broke his now one solid piece. I’ve had epilepsy since I was 14 and if I ever go in there because I’ve had a seizure even after I’ve had several people watch it and witness it even people in the ambulance they say I didn’t have a seizure. I am sick and tired of these doctors. You do not hire at the Ddoctors and say there’s at the best doctors, you take those D doctor throw away?

Once again I am in the hospital. I have RSV. I was admitted 6 days ago. The doctors, RN’s, respiratory therapists and the department leader are so professional, kind and compassionate. I am very grateful for the treatment I am receiving. I would like to name each professional by name but I need to respect their privacy. As sick as I am and how lonely I am I was always greeted with a smile and warm wishes. I want to thank the chef for the delicious and comforting food. Thanks to the cleaning staff too. During these difficult times with COVID and RSV we have true heroes working at St John’s.

Monday November 14,2022,08: 35, I suffered a fall backward, during a class at a local gym. Fallen backward and felt instant severe excruciating, radiating back pain. We went to ER seeking care for the pain was unbearable. The front desk clerk was not freindly. ER Dr Lancelot B.adviced to have pain injection and did not encourage us to have a CT scan. I requested for CT scan to ensure there was no fracture. I am disappointed with his Discharge Diagnosis: "Back pain, lumbasacral Compression Fracture of L2. Injury while kickboxing" My L2 compression fracture is due to FALL (not kickboxing.) Gave 2 Stars for wonderful, kind and compassionate Nurses Kim and Ayesha; Radiology staff Samuel, Ashley and Brett. Thank you

The doctors and nurses were attentive and caring from the emergency room and until I was admitted to the hospital. I had a private room which was very nice and clean. I commend the nurses and doctors for working so hard with limited staff.

No wait. Immediate professional Care from quality knowledgeable staff. The physician on duty did exceptionally well.

Best hospital I’ve been to. The staff
(Dr.s and nurses etc) are really 2nd to none.
The nurses are amazing. Super attentive, caring and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The Doctors are top notch as will. I had a doctor sometimes more than one, check on me everyday. All were aware of me and my needs. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

I have to say my stay at the hospital was very pleasant. Everyone was so caring and genuinely nice to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better treatment so I’m giving you five stars.

I went here to get a prescription for a inhaler and it took FOREVER! The Dr and nurses are so SLOW. There was nobody here so I don't understand why it took so long for someone to come back in here to give me a piece of paper. I will never come here in the near future.

They charged over $2,000 for a short and standard ER visit. Way more expensive than either Aetna or I expected. They also make it very complicated to appeal the exorbitant pricing. Including having to wait over a week to get a form by mail that supposedly can not be send electronically. Very disappointed.

I went in with my 4 year old to the ER around 8am Sunday morning. I thought I was going to be there for hours. But NO, we were done around 9: 30am. The staff was friendly and were nice to my son. Hopefully we don’t have to go back. But if we do have to, I hope our experience is as good as this one. Thank you.

I've lived in Camarillo for 50+ year's. I have been to this hospital many times
before. Some of my children were born here, I had surgery, and other procedures throughout the years. The way that it is running now, I find it much easier and a faster way of getting in and out in a pleasant fashion. All the employee's, Dr.s, nurse's, candy stripers.are there for anyone who seeks help. Under their masks you can tell that they are smiling when passing in the hall, entering a room. ️. Friendly and polite, in this ever changing world!

Won't be back here forgot my wallet that had my vaccine card in it and the guy upfront was being really rude telling me too scan it told him it didn't work he didn't offer too help

Dr. Naji went beyond the call of duty to solve challenging medical problems in order to bring my Mom to a stable condition. He acted with kindness, compassion, and a thoroughness uncharacteristic of many experiences we have had in other hospitals. He, together with the generally excellent nursing care, made all the difference. We appreciated the excellent communication. The shortcoming for us was in regard to the case management/social work communication. We had one good interaction with one social worker, but inconsistent and sketchy contact with another social worker who was not helpful and was impossible to reach.

Very pleasant experience getting the ultrasound. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and guided to where the x-ray room was.

It was good the meds they gave me worked right away thanks to all the doctors nurses volunteers for making me feel comfortable and making me feel better keep up the good work God bless you all

The doctors and nurses work hard & are knowledgeable & helpful; however I had a painful hernia & found that the hospitals CT scanner was broken “again”; An mri should have been ordered to see better. Instead I was taken by ambulance to another hospital 8 miles away to get the CT scan. I was told by employees at that hospital that the Camarillo hospital had Bought a used scanner that is always breaking. If my condition was life threatening as the patient the outcome could have been disastrous/ is the administrator or powers that be there aware of this & other issues? This is not a 3rd world country. I got no answers. I hope they can buy a new scanner and no one was affected but I think damage control is not underway. I called but no one answered me.

For over a month I have been dealing with a painful kidney stone. I paid in advance for the procedure to remove it and still have not had it done. Obviously they don't care that I have been in pain all this time but they were quick to get the money from me.
